Funeral services for Leona DeVantier, 78, of Washington Street, will be held at 11 A.M. Monday in St. James Lutheran Church, Bergholz. Burial will be in St. James Lutheran Cemetery.
Mrs. DeVantier died Thursday (May 12, 1994) in Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center after suffering a heart attack.
The former Leona Grawe was a lifelong resident of Wheatfield. She was a member of St. James Lutheran Church and the Wheatfield Senior Citizens. She was a past Sunday school teacher.
Her husband, John W. DeVantier, died in 1977.
Surviving are three daughters, Priscilla Bowen of Buffalo, Nancy Stuckwisch of Pendleton and Karen Stoelting; a sister, Mabel Matheson of Alabama; eight grandchildren; and a great-granddaughter
