    A. D. Mueller Well Known resident of That Section
    August D. Mueller, a former trustee of the old Village of LaSalle and one of the best known residents of that section of the city, died Saturday afternoon at the family home, 9644 Pine avenue.
    Mr. Mueller was born September 23, 1863, on the Mueller homestead, a son of the late Johann Mueller and his wife, Wilhelmine, nee Hellert. He attended the St. James Parochial school of Bergholtz, a Lewiston public school and the Martin Luther Seminary of Buffalo.
    On November 4, 1837, he was united into holy matrimony with Miss Albertine L. Walck, daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. John Walck, of the Town of Wheatfield, Mr. Mueller was a carpenter by trade and was widely known as such. He was assessor of the Town of Niagara for several terms and also for a number of years served as trustee of the Village of LaSalle. He was a faithful member of St. James Evangelical Lutheran church of Bergholtz, in which he was baptized, confirmed and married.
    The deceased is survived by his wife, a daughter, Mrs. Louis Heuer, of Akron: and a son, Edward Mueller, of Niagara Falls; six grandchildren, two brothers, John and Philip, of Niagara Falls, and five sisters, Mrs. George Collins and Mrs. Gustav Haseley, of Niagara Falls, Mrs. August Williams and Mrs. Edward Goerss of the Town of Niagara, and Mrs. John Walck and Mrs. David Heuer, of the Town of Wheatfield, besides a large number of nephews and nieces.
    Funeral services will be conducted tomorrow afternoon at 2 o'clock from the home and 2:30 from St. James church, Rev. Otto Bruss, pastor of the church, officiating. Interment in the St. James' cemetery on the Bergholtz road.

    BERGHOLZ - Wilhelmine A. Heuer, 91, of St. John Lutheran Care Center, Mars, Pa., died Wednesday (Nov. I 1; 1989) in the care center.
    Services will be held Sunday in Bergholz.
    She was born in Niagara Falls, Aug. 13. 1898, daughter of the late August and Albertine (Walck) Mueller. She was active in church groups and was a member of St. John Lutheran Church, Mars, Pa.
    Mrs. Heuer was the widow of the Rev. Louis Heuer, who died Jan. 16, 1983. He was a Lutheran minister at. various churches for over 65 years. She was the mother of the late Rev. Bernard Heuer and sister of Edward Mueller, who died Oct. 19, 1989.
    Mrs. Heuer is survived by a daughter, Gertrude Kalk of Canton, OH; and seven grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. Visiting hours are Saturday in Mars and at 1 p.m. Sunday at St. James Lutheran Church, 2437 Niagara Road, where services be held at 2 p.m. Sunday.
    Burial will be in St. James Lutheran Church Cemetery.
    Contributions to St. James Lutheran Church are acceptable as tribute.

    Funeral services will be held at 2 P.M. Sunday in St. James Lutheran Church, 2437 Niagara Road, for Wilhelmine A. Heuer.
    Her late husband, the Rev. Louis Heuer, was a former minister of the church. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
    Mrs. Heuer, 91, died Wednesday (Nov. 1, 1989) in the St. John Lutheran Care Center in Mars, Pa. She and her husband moved to Pennsylvania from Columbus, OH, in 1975. Mr. Heuer died in 1983.
    He was a minister at Niagara Falls area churches for 17 years before being assigned to churches in other parts of the country.

    WHEATFIELD - Edward M. Mueller, 87, of Cayuga Drive Extension, died Thursday (Oct. 19, 1989) in Mount St, Mary's Hospital, Town Of Lewiston.
    Mueller was a lifelong resident of Wheatfield.
    He was a former Wheatfield town justice and was employed at the National Grinding Wheel Co. for 35 years. Be was a 50 year member of the Co-op Fire Insurance Corp. of Bergholz and served as its president for a number of years, as well as on the board of directors.
    Mueller was actively involved with the Cataract Camera Club and was a recipient of many awards. He was an active member of St. James Lutheran Church, holding numerous offices over the years. After retirement he involved himself in the activities of the Retired Men's Service Club and especially enjoyed singing in its chorus. He was a member of the North German Historical Society. He was also first president of St. James Lutheran Church congregation.
    He was the husband of Edna (DeVantier) Mueller, who died in l984 and was father of the late Lowell Mueller.
    Mueller is survived by daughters, Audrey Walck of Sanborn and Marilyn Mueller of New Orleans; sons, Milton Mueller of Sanborn and Myron Mueller of North Tonawanda; and a sister, Whilimine (sic) Heuer of Ohio; nine ,grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
    Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. today and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday at the DuBois Funeral Home, 2436 Niagara Road, Bergholz.
    Services will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday in St. James Evangelical Lutheran Church, Niagara Road, Bergholz, with the Rev. David B. Menz officiating. Burial will be in St. James Lutheran Cemetery, Bergholz. Contributions to St. James Lutheran Church Building Fund or World Hunger.

    Edward M. Mueller, 87, of Cayuga Drive, a former justice of the peace and amateur photographer, died Thursday (Oct. 19, 1989) in Mount St. Mary's Hospital, Lewiston.

Otto Bruss, at St. James Lutheran Church, Bergholz. Audrey was united in marriage to Norman A. Walck on October 1, 1949. She attended local schools and was a 1945 graduate of LaSalle High School. Audrey was employed by Moore Business Forms, Carborundum Company, Hooker Chemical Company, and New York Power Authority. She was an active member at St. Peter's Lutheran Church, Sanborn, serving as Sunday School teacher, working with the young people and served on the church council as secretary and president. As chairperson of St. Peter's Archive Committee, she assisted in translating the church's records from the original German script, into English. Mrs. Walck was an accomplished porcelain artist, an officer in the Towpath China Painters Club, and World Organization of China Painters. Pictures of a number of her paintings were published in the organization's publication. Mrs. Walck was a member in the Niagara Women's Club, member of the German Historical Society, Sanborn Area Historical Society, and charter member of Artpark & Company. Audrey's greatest joy was the time spent with her children and grandchildren. Survivors include her son, Robert (Judith) Walck; daughter, Cheryl (Edward III) Hayes; grandchildren, Noelle and Nathan Urbach, Laura Hayes; sister, Marilyn Mueller; sisters and brothers in law, and several nieces and nephews.     Services for Milton H. Mueller of Sanborn, an industrial arts teacher, were held Wednesday in St. James Lutheran Church, 2437 Niagara Road, Bergholz. Burial was in St. James Lutheran Cemetery in the Town of Wheatfield.
    Mr. Mueller died Saturday (March 6, 2004) in Mount St. Mary's Hospital, Lewiston, after suffering a heart attack at home. He was 71.
    He was born in Niagara Falls and attended St. James Lutheran School. He graduated from LaSalle High School in 1950 and from Buffalo State Teachers College in 1954.
    As a college student in the early 1950s, Mr. Mueller worked on the construction of the Niagara Power Project. He served with the Army from 1954 to 1956.
    Mr. Mueller began his teaching career in 1956 in the Lewiston-Porter Central School District. In 1959 he transferred to Niagara-Wheatfield Central School District, where he taught for 31 years before retiring.
    He was a longtime member of St. James Lutheran Church, where he was an elder. Mr. Mueller and his wife, Fern, traveled to Russia and China as missionaries, distributing Bibles. He was the television cameraman for the Niagara Ministries television program "Digging In," which is shown throughout the United States and Canada.
    He is survived by his wife of 48 years, the former Fern S. Channell; two sons, Jeffery of Fargo, ND, and Douglas of Niagara Falls; a daughter, Deborah Bennion of Macomb, Mich.; a brother, Myron of North Tonawanda; two sisters, Audry Walck of Sanborn and Marilyn Mueller of New Orleans; and 10 grandchildren

    Myron L. Mueller, age 73, of Wheatfield, was called to his heavenly home to be with our Lord and Savior, on Monday, April 6, 2009 at his residence. Born in Niagara Falls, Niagara County, NY on January 1, 1936 to the late Edward and Edna (DeVantier) Mueller. He was a lifelong member of St. James Ev. Lutheran Church in Bergholz, where he held various positions over the years and enjoyed singing in the choir. Myron served in the National Guard and retired as a carpenter superintendent with Scrufari Construction Company, was a 50 year member of the Buffalo Carpenters Union and was project manager, working on the Wheatfield recreation and water department buildings and was very proud of his accomplishments. Myron enjoyed bowling at the Manor II Lanes on Monday mornings and Wednesday afternoons, played bingo, traveled many places along the coast - Maine to the Carolina's, visiting lighthouses, faithfully kept a weather journal and had an A-frame at Rushford Lake, where his family vacationed during the summer months. Hobbies included woodworking, gardening, painting, puzzles, fishing and golfing. Myron especially enjoyed being with his family and watching his grandchildren play baseball, and would have an Easter Egg hunt at his house for the grandchildren and great-grandchildren, with pizza for lunch.Survivors include his beloved wife, Marlene (Goater) Mueller. There were united in marriage on June 14, 1958; four children, Kyle (Larry) Hall, Karen (Gary) Pfohl, Kim (Bill) Szelazkiewicz and Mike (Cindy) Mueller; grandchildren, Darryl and Michelle Hall, Kelly and Dave Patterson, Billy Szelazkiewicz, Mikie Szelazkiewicz, Alex Mueller, Michael Mueller and Jillian Mueller; great-grandchildren, Erica, Andrew and Kyle V.
