Born in North Tonawanda, Niagara County, NY; daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Herman Warblow; baptized July 15, 17 by Rev. Paul Fretthold of St. Mark's Lutheran. in N. Tonawanda.; attended Christian Day School; was confirmed by Rev. P. Fretthold, May 17, 1931 (memory verse : John 10:27, 28); on June 3, 1939 was married to Adolph Pfohl. Was in good health until about April 1951, but soon improved; relapse around New Year's '52, and from last June on grew gradually weaker, heart trouble. One of the children found her lying dead in kitchen floor, died apparently preparing supper for the family when alone on the house. Survivors: husband, three children Calvin, Marjorie and Audrey; her parents; 3 sisters, Mrs. Henry Pfohl, Mrs. Frank Karre, Mrs. Robt. Eddy; 2 brothers, Norman and Herbert.

Audrey Margaret Johnson, age 71 of the Town of Lewiston, NY, was called to her heavenly home, unexpectedly at her residence, on June 8, 2022. Born in Niagara Falls, NY on November 26,1950; daughter of the late Adolph and Margaret (Warblow) Pfohl. A lifelong member of St. Peter's Lutheran Church, Walmore, where over the years,she held various positions at the church, loved volunteering at the school, and was also the treasurer for the church and school. Audrey enjoyed crocheting, playing games on Kindle, attending her grandchildren's sporting events, and loved her two cats.Survivors include her daughter, Kylene (Dave) Hershberger; three grandchildren, Kierstyn, Michael and Brian; and a brother, Calvin (Patricia) Pfohl; many nieces and nephews, including Sherry (Kevin) DeVantier, Cindy (Niel) DeVantier, Diana (Bill) Sacher, Daniel Pfohl; and great-nieces, great-nephews, and cousins. She was also preceded in death by a sister, Marjorie Ann Miller.Friends may call at the DuBois Funeral Home, 2436 Niagara Road, (Bergholz) in Wheatfield, on Sunday (June 12) from 4-7 p.m. Services will be conducted by the Rev. Randy Kaminska, on Monday (June 13) at 4:00 p.m. in St. Peter's Lutheran Church, 6168 Walmore Road, Sanborn, NY 14132. Interment will take place in the church cemetery on Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Peter's Lutheran School. The family request for those attending, to wear bright colored clothing, in recognition of the celebration of Audrey's life.

MARJORIE ANN MILLER, age 76 of Wheatfield, NY, was called to her heavenly home on March 23, 2022 at Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center. Born April 26, 1945 in Niagara Falls, NY; daughter of the late Adolph and Margaret (Warblow) Pfohl. A lifelong member of St. Peter's Ev. Lutheran Church, Sanborn, she attended St. Peter's Lutheran School, and graduated from Niagara Wheatfield High School. Marjorie was employed as an insurance agent, with Stevens Insurance Agency, until her retirement. She enjoyed the special times spent with her family, and her dog Bailey.Preceded in death by her husband, Norman C.
