Survivors include her son, Daniel (Cindy) Wittkop; a sister, June (Alfred) Henneberger; and several nieces and nephews. Lucille was predeceased by her husband, Ralph H. Wittkop, on October 9, 1991; and several brothers and sisters.
Services will be private, without visitation. Interment will be in Holy Ghost Lutheran Cemetery, Wheatfield, New York. Arrangements are with the DuBois Funeral Home.

Norman C. "Bud" Braun, age 83, of Middleport, entered into rest on Sunday, November 12, 2017, at his home surrounded by his loving family. Born October 2, 1934, in North Tonawanda, Norman is the son of the late: Norman V. and Irene (Stielow) Braun. 

Norman married Joanne, August 7, 2004. He had previously been married to Phyliss Ann McCollum, on October 6, 1956. Phyliss died July 24, 1996. Bud was a lifetime dairy farmer. He enjoyed hunting, reading, spending time with family, the companionship of his dog Charlie Brown, golfing and talking farming with his farming friends. He also worked at Harrison Radiator in Lockport from 1953 to 1963. 

He served his country in the US Army from April 27, 1953, until April 5, 1956, during the Korean conflict, proudly achieving the rank of Sergeant.

Surviving is his wife: Joanne (Lucas Boetcher) Braun and children: Lynn (Daniel) Budziszewski, Lori (Wayne) Rhinehart, Lisa (Ken) Glena, Leigh Braun, Andrew (Kristina) Braun, Amy (Todd) Zinkievich; stepfather of: Robin Eckert, Amy (Don) Yung and Greg (Wendy) Boetcher. Brother of: Helen (Paul) Petit and Janet (the late George) Donahue and special cousin Elizabeth Reisman. Also survived by 21 grandchildren, 21 and ½ great grandchildren, several brother and sister-in-laws, and several nieces and nephews.

Family and friends are invited to attend visitation at the Bates, Wallace & Heath Funeral Home, 38 State Street, Middleport, NY on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Funeral Services will be held on Friday at 11 am from St. Peter's Evangelical Lutheran Church 1355 West Avenue, Medina.

STOLZENBURG - Raymond H. Stolzenburg, 55, of Tonawanda, Wednesday evening
(January 31, 1979) at Millard Fillmore Hospital in Buffalo after a brief illness. A native of North Tonawanda, he had been a resident of Tonawanda for the past 32 years and was the son of Edgar F. Stolzenburg who died in 1969 and brother of Robert E. Stolzenburg who died in 1970. Mr. Stolzenburg was a partner in the Delbert Printing and Stationery Co. in Tonawanda for 18 years and in 1967 joined the Sterling C. Sommer, Inc. staff in Tonawanda. In 1972 he was appointed vice president and comptroller of the corporation. An Army Air Force veteran of World War II, he was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church, Tonawandas Post 264. American Legion and the Exchange Club of the Tonawandas. He is survived by his wife, Dorothy L. (nee Pfeifer) Stolzenburg; two daughters. Mrs. Robert (Lynn) Weber of Pendleton and Mrs. Dale (Elaine) Korb of Amherst; two sons, Larry S. Stolzenburg and Jeff A. Stolzenburg, both at home, two grandchildren, Stacy Lynn Weber and Laurie Lynn Korb; his mother, Mrs. Helen H. GIESE - Velma A. (nee Stolzenburg) age 97 of North Tonawanda, passed away June 30, 2023 at her residence under the care of Hospice. Wife of 58 years to the late Alton C. Giese who died in 2006, mother of Priscilla “PJ” (Robert) Parkhurst, Marcia L. Giese and Nancy L. (Steven) Roberts, grandmother of Sara (Scott), Matthew (NaCole), Erin and Justin (Jennifer) and great-grandmother of Garret, Gabriel, Caleb and Nikolas, daughter of the late Edgar and Helen Stolzenburg and sister of the late Raymond and Robert Stolzenburg. Also many nieces and nephews. Velma was a graduate of North Tonawanda High School. She was a Life Member of St. Paul Lutheran Church and a member of the Ladies Aid of the church. Velma was also a volunteer of the North Tonawanda Interfaith Food Pantry. The family will receive relatives and friends on Thursday July 6, 2023 from 10 AM to 11 AM in St. Paul Lutheran Church, 453 Old Falls Blvd. in North Tonawanda, where a Funeral Service will be conducted at 11 AM following the calling hours. MIDDLEPORT - Funeral services

at the Wallace and Heath Funeral
Home for Allen M. Braun,
six-week-old son of Mr. and Mrs.
Arthur Braun, Freeman Rd., who
was found dead in his crib Saturday
(April 19, 1958) born March
7, 1958, was found entangled In
the crib blankets. Death was due
to suffocation.
Besides his parents he is survived
by two sisters, Elaine and
Marilyn; one brothr Duane, all at
home; his grandparents, Mr. and
Mrs. Adam Musto of Medina and
Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Braun of
Middleport, and four great-grandparents.
