Born in Lockport, NY on October 7, 1947; daughter of the late Elton and Marion (Gray) Demmin, Sr. A lifelong member of Holy Ghost Lutheran Church, in Bergholz, where she was a member of the Ladies Aide, and of the LWML. Sharon was employed at the former Teletech, Inc. in Niagara Falls. She enjoyed camping, making arts and crafts, reading, and collected Gnomes.Survivors include her fiance, Richard Laufer; three children, Matthew Ciszek (Michael Wachter) of Erie, PA, Joseph and Megan Ciszek both of Niagara Falls; two sisters, Donna Church, and Jacqueline Woodley; three brothers, James, David, and Elton Demmin, Jr.; eight fur-grandchildren, Wolfie, Toby, Wellington, Winchester, Appollo, Gemini, Panda, and Sonic; also nieces and nephews.Also preceded in death by her first husband, Edward Ciszek; a brother, John Demmin; and two sisters, Christine Reynolds, and Suzanne Pardee.Friends may call at the DuBois Funeral Home, 2436 Niagara Road, (Bergholz) in Wheatfield, on Monday (December 13) from 2-8 p.m. Services will be conducted by the Rev. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.Although Sharon received all of the COVID vaccines, she still succumbed to complications of the virus. She wanted to make known that the vaccines are still essential to have and encourages everyone that has not already received them, to do so.

Suzanne E. Pardee, age 68 of North Tonawanda, NY, was called to her heavenly home on August 12, 2017 at Mount St. Mary's Hospital, Lewiston, NY. Born on November 15, 1948, she was the daughter of the late Elton and Marion (Gray) Demmin Sr. Sue was a 1967 graduate of Niagara Wheatfield High School, and was employed at Delphi, in Lockport, until her retirement. She was a life long member of Holy Ghost Lutheran Church, Bergholz, and enjoyed bowling and the quality time spent with her family. Preceded in death by her husband, Kerry Pardee; a brother, John Demmin; and sister, Christine Reynolds. Surviving are six children, Stephen (Sandra) Case, Philip (Amanda) Case, Robert Case, Karla (Scott) Adams, Jennifer (Vincent) Carr, and Benjamin Pardee; 12 grandchildren; six brothers and sisters, Sharon (Richard "Butch" Laufer) Ciszek, Donna (James) Church, Jacqueline Woodley, James (Diane) Demmin, David (J. Susan) Demmin, and Elton "Chip" (Patricia) Demmin Jr.; a sister in law, Carol Demmin; and many nieces and nephews. Born in Niagara Falls, NY, she was the daughter of the late Elton and Marion (Gray) Demmin Sr. A life long member of Holy Ghost Lutheran Church, Bergholz (Town of Wheatfield), she was a Niagara Wheatfield High School graduate, class of 1969, and earned her Associate Degree from Niagara County Community College in 1982. Christine enjoyed crocheting, and spending quality time with her family and grandchildren. She was married to Ernest Reynolds, who preceded her in death. 
Survivors include four children, Gregory Maday, Laura (Doug) Deschamps, Katelyn (Nathan) Reynolds, and Eric (Randi) Reynolds; seven brothers and sisters, Sharon (Richard "Butch" Laufer) Ciszek, Suzanne (dec'd Kerry) Pardee, Donna (James) Church, Jacqueline Woodley, James (Diane) Demmin, David (J. Susan) Demmin, Elton "Chip" (Patricia) Demmin Jr.; sister in law, Carol Demmin; and grandchildren, Gregory Maday II, Isabel, Autumn, Rebecca, and Xavier Deschamps, Aiden, Hunter, Chase, Nevaeh, and Eric Jr. Reynolds; and many nieces and nephews. Also predeceased by a brother, John Demmin.

NIAGARA FALLS — John William Demmin, age 55, was called to his heavenly home on Friday, March 9, 2012 at Savannah Hospice, in Hinesville, Georgia, after a short illness. A resident of Hinesville for the past 15 years, formerly of Niagara Falls, NY. He was predeceased by his parents, Elton and Marion Demmin. John was employed and retired from the U.S. Army.

Survivors include a son, Joshua W. Demmin of Savannah, GA; daughter, Jillian (Timothy) Wilber of Smith Station, AL; five sisters, Sharon Ciszek, Suzanne Pardee, Christine Reynolds, Donna Church and Jacqueline Woodley; three brothers, James, David and Elton (Jr.) Demmin, all of the Niagara Falls area; and several nieces and nephews.

Friends may call at the DUBOIS FUNERAL HOME, 2436 Niagara Road, (Bergholz) in Wheatfield on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Services will be conducted by the Rev. Philip N. Sallach on Saturday at 10:00 AM in the funeral home. Interment will be in Holy Ghost Lutheran Cemetery, Town of Wheatfield.
