    MIDDLEPORT - Dorothy T. Koepsel of Middleport died Feb. 7 at the Orchard Manor Nursing Home. Born Sept. 17, 1911, in Gasport, she was the daughter of Frank and Grace (Bruning) Koepsel. She was a homemaker and volunteered at Hilltop Nursing Home from 1976 to 1989. She enjoyed her family and was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Wolcottsville. Survivors include a nephew, William (Cindy) Koepsel of Middleport; two grandnieces, Amy (Brian) Cranston of Medina and Sherry Koepsel of Brockport; and a great-great-nephew, Max W. Cranston of Medina. She was predeceased by a brother, Laverne Koepsel in 1986; and a niece, Patricia Koepsel in 1972. Calling hours will be from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at Bates, Wallace & Heath Funeral Home, 38 State St., Middleport. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at Trinity Lutheran Church, Wolcottsville, with the Rev. Donald Willman officiating. Burial will be in Royalton Mount Ridge Cemetery.

    custodian at Williamsville Central
    School for several years, retiring in
    1980.
    A daughter, Patricia Ann Koepsel,
    died in 1972.
    Survivors include one son, William
    Koepsel of Middleport; two granddaughters;
    and one sister, Dorothy
    T. Koepsel of Middleport.
