Taylor Sr. and Ida Arndt Taylor. Robert served in The U.S. Army during the Korean War in the Field Artillery. He worked for Ferguson and Olear Oil Co. and went on to be owner and operator of his own heating and air conditioning business. Robert was a past member of Faith Lutheran Church, a 50 plus year member of the Newfane American Legion and enjoyed crossword puzzles, going to the corner coffee shop "Park Place" and having ice cream at Baehrs. Father of Lynn (Boyd) Cooper of Newfane, Patricia "Patty" (Roy) Gugliuzza of Lockport, John (Michelle) Taylor of New Jersey and Kevin (Michelle) Taylor of Texas. Brother of Bill Taylor, George (Lois) Taylor and the late Herb (Betty) Taylor. Brother in law of the late Carol Taylor. Grandfather of 7 and 1 late grandchild and 2 great grandchildren. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Family and friends may call at the RUTLAND-CORWIN FUNERAL HOME, INC. 2670  Main St. Newfane, NY on SATURDAY April 20, 2019 from 3-7pm where a Funeral service will be on MONDAY April 22, 2019 at 10am. Burial will be in Corwin Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to Newfane American Legion Post #873 PO BOX 72 Newfane, NY 14108 or American Diabetes Association www.donations.diabetes.org.

    Gary Cook and the late Karen (Fred) Trombley and Stephan Cook. Brother of George (Lois) Taylor and
    the late Herb (Betty) Taylor and Robert H. Taylor. Also survived by 6 grandchildren, 3 step grandchildren,
    9 great grandchildren, 6 step great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
    Family and friends may call at the Rutland-Corwin Funeral Home, Inc. 2670 Main St. Newfane, NY on
    Sunday, September 24, 2023 from 2-4 and 6-8pm where funeral services will be held on Monday,
    September 25, 2023 at 10am. Burial will be in Corwin Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to
    American Diabetes Association www.diabetes.org. Please visit www.rutland-corwin.com to send the
    family a condolence.
