Charles F. Pieper, 65 years Md,
died this morning at his home,
421 Wheatfield street, after a
lingering illness. He was born in
Germany, came to America at the
age of four and resided in North
Tonawanda during the last 35
years. He was a member of the
Independent Order of Redmen. He
is survived by wife, Martha; a
daughter, Mrs. Meta Krieman; a
grand-daughter, Shirley Ann Krie-
man, North Tonawanda; two
brothers, William Pieper, North
Tonawanda, and John Pieper, Del-
awanna, N.J., and a sister, Mrs.
Joseph Lowell, Tonawanda. The
funeral will be held Saturday aft-
ernoon at 2:30 o'clock at the
residence. Rev. Theodore Mayer
will officiate and interment will
be at Elmlawn.

Mrs. Albertine Lovell, 76, wife of the late Joseph Lovell, died yesterday afternoon at her home, 257 Adam street. Born in Germany, she had resided in the Tonawandas the past 73 years. She was a member of the First Church of Christ. Surviving are four sons, Albert J., William T., Charles R. and John H. Lovell, and two grandchildren, all of Tonawanda. Rites will be held on Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock from the Hamp Funeral Home, 37 Adam street. The Rev. Norman Crawford will officiate. Burial will be in Elmlawn.

William F, Pieper, 64 years old, 421 Wheatfield street, died this morning in Lockport hospital following an operation. He was a life-long resident of North Tonawanda and a member of the local nest of Orioles. He is survived by a brother, John, Delawana, N.J. and sister, Mrs. Joseph Lovell, Tonawanda. He was the brother of the late Charles Pieper, North Tonawanda. The funeral held Monday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock from the home of his sister-in-law, Mrs. Martha Pieper, 421 Wheatfield street. Rev Theodore Mayer will officiate, Burial will be in Elmlawn.

NORTH TONAWANDA-Stricken
with a heart attack while descend-
-ing the stairs at the home of his
sister-in-law, Mrs. Martha Pieper,
421 Wheatfield" street, this morning,
John Pieper, 63, .dropped dead.
Health Officer Henry C. Lapp was
called and said that Mr. Pieper suffered
a stroke two years ago and
had been In poor health since. The
body was removed to the Hamp funeral
home, 37 Adam street.
