    Genevieve (Jean) Kislack passed away on Sunday, March 4th at Absolute Care in Gasport. She was born on February 24, 1929 to Leon and Regina (Suita) Zasucha. Genevieve is survived by her daughter Irene (Kislack) Rachwal, a granddaughter Brianna Kislack, and a son Frederick (Freddy) Kislack who predeceased her in 2012.
    Genevieve's living family consists of her sisters Mary (George) Sawyer and Leona (Frank) Scibilia, as well as Christine (Stephen) Hanson, Regina Scibilia-Cecconi, Dawn Marie (Gary) Travis-Smith, Valerie (Michael) Slagel and nephews John Sawyer, Frank Scibilia 3rd. Many great nieces and nephews.
    Genevieve attended local schools. During her life she worked at Walkers Laundry, Lincolns Department Store and Biers Department Store until her retirement, at which time she was devoted to her family. Family was her first priority, and she loved all the family parties and get-togethers. She was also an avid Bingo player and enjoyed going to the casino with her son.
    There will be no prior visitation, burial will be at the convenience of the family. Donations in her memory can be made to the Alzheimer's Association, Western New York (WNY) Chapter 2805 Wehrle Dr, Buffalo, NY 14221. Arrangements entrusted to ZAJAC FUNERAL HOME INC.

    Mary A. Sawyer, 88, of Niagara Falls, NY passed away on Wednesday, September 2, 2020 at Williamsville Suburban Safire Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. Born in Niagara Falls, NY on October 3, 1931 she was the daughter of the late Leon and Regina (Suita) Zasucha. Mary married George J. Sawyer on June 27, 1953. They were happily married for 58 years, until his passing on August 1, 2011. Mary enjoyed gardening and was an avid Buffalo Bills fan.She is survived by her children, Christina (Stephen) Hansen and John Sawyer; grandchildren, Marina and Joseph; sister, Leona Scibilia. Besides her husband and parents, she was predeceased by her grandson, Stephen Hansen and sister, Genevieve Kislack.There is NO PRIOR visitation. Survived by niece Brianna Kislack, Great Aunt Genevieve (Suita) Mocniak, Great Aunt Theresa (Steve) Suita, Aunt Mary (George) Sawyer, and Aunt Leona (Frank) Scibilia. Cousins Carol and her son Joseph Mocniak, Johnny Sawyer and Christine (Steve) Hansen.Beloved "Aunt" Irene is also survived by cousins Regina (Scibilia) Cecconi, Carissa & Joseph Cecconi, Dawn Marie (Gary) Travis-Smith, Alexis Travis, Brittany & Aubriella Travis, Valerie (Michael) Slagel, Frank (Chelsea) Scibilia and Kierra. Dear friend of Susan Teller and Gerry Cieplinski.Irene was a graduate of Niagara Falls High School, the June 2 Modeling School in 1982 and was self-employed for most of her life. She loved all animals; from having multiple dogs and cats her whole life, to feeding the ducks on Hyde Park and raising Homing pigeons with her late husband. She considered herself Charlie the Chimp's #1 Fan and was the family's unofficial official photographer.She enjoyed all things theater and participated in 22 consecutive musicals at Niagara Falls Little Theater as a singer and dancer in the chorus, which was her preferred role. She took dancing, singing and piano lessons. Aunt Irene was always singing and dancing whenever she could until early onset Parkinson's prevented her, but she never lost the sparkle in her eyes. Her kind heart, warm smile and big hugs will truly be missed. Her love of everything leopard will never be forgotten.There is NO PRIOR visitation.     NIAGARA FALLS — Frederick "Freddie" Kislack, 60, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away Wednesday, December 19, 2012. Born in Niagara Falls on November 12, 1952, he was the son of Genevieve (Zasucha) Kislack and the late Steve Kislack. Freddie was a car enthusiast and used to drag race his own cars.

    He is survived by his beloved mother, Genevieve (Zasucha) Kislack; his daughter, Briana Kislack; his dog and best pal, Brandi; sisters, Irene Rachwal, Denise Brosius, MaryAnn Baxter; brothers, Nick and Michael Kislack; his aunts, Leona (Frank) Scibilia and Mary (late George) Sawyer; cousins, John Sawyer and Christina (Steve) Hansen. Also many nieces, nephews and cousins.

    There is NO PRIOR VISITATION. Burial at the convenience of the family. Donations in his memory may be made to the American Cancer Society, PO Box 22718, Oklahoma City, OK 73123-1718. Arrangements entrusted to ZAJAC FUNERAL HOME INC.
