    Norman L. Lounsbury, age 69, of Niagara Falls, NY, was called home to heaven on Friday, April 30, 2010 at Niagara Hospice House, Lockport, NY. Born on December 1, 1940 in Niagara Falls, NY, he was the son of the late Leslie and Evelyn (Schultz) Lounsbury. Mr. Lounsbury was a lifelong resident of Niagara Falls and offended local schools. Mr. Lounsbury worked as a Laborer for General Abrasives in Niagara Falls, NY. He retired after 30 years of service. Affectionately known as "Stormon Norman", he enjoyed wrestling, bingo and was an avid Buffalo Bills and Buffalo Sabres Fan. Mr. Lounsbury is survived by his sister, Charlene M. Wagner; three nieces, Kathryn M. (Michael) Pooley, Joyce A. (Kirk) Williams and Norene R. (Thomas) Douglas. He is also survived by many great nieces and nephews as well as many extended family and friends. In addition to his parents, Norman was predeceased by sisters, Norene M. Lounsbury and Joyce Ann Lounsbury; and wives, Margaret (Leposky) Lounsbury and June (Pollow) Lounsbury. Friends may call on Monday from 4-8 PM at the OTTO REDANZ FUNERAL HOME, LASALLE PARK CHAPEL, 2215 MILITARY RD., NIAGARA FALLS (297-9007) where a funeral service will be held on Tuesday at 11:00 AM. Burial will follow at Niagara Falls Memorial Park Cemetery, Lewiston, NY. In lieu of flowers, memorial offerings may be made to Our Savior Lutheran Church, 2759 Military Rd.     Notes:

    Dorothy L. Caraglin, 92, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away peacefully on September 19, 2022. Born in Lockport, NY, she was the daughter of the late Henry and Jenny Bisher.
    Dorothy was educated in the Barker Central Schools. On April 29, 1950 she married her beloved husband, Frank J. Caraglin in the Town of Royalton. Mr. Caraglin predeceased her on September 23, 2001.
    Dorothy was a longtime member of the American Legion Cadille Post 1664 and the LaSalle-Griffon VFW Post 917. She enjoyed needle work, crocheting, playing cards, reading, as well as listening to music. Above all, Dorothy especially enjoyed spending time with her family.
    Dorothy is survived by her children, Noreen (Norman) Maillet, Frank (Bambi) Caraglin, Jr., John Caraglin, Mark (Tammy) Caraglin, Loura (Floyd) Maines, Mary (Pat) Corsaro, Debbie (Vince) Ferlito and Jean (late Skip) Hachee; 23 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren; her sister, Bonnie (late Vince); as well as many nieces and nephews.
    In addition to her parents and husband, Dorothy was predeceased by her daughter, Cindy (Michael) Willimott and her siblings, Bill (late Frances) Bisher, Gordon (late Myrtle) Bisher, Catherine (late Ed) Just and Melvin Bisher.
    Visitation will be on Friday, September 23 from 4 – 7 P.M. at M.J. COLUCCI & SON NIAGARA FUNERAL CHAPEL, 2730 Military Road, Niagara Falls, NY, where funeral services will begin on Saturday at 10:00 AM. Interment will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial offerings may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital. Visit mjcoluccifuneralchapel.com for online condolences.
