    LEWISTON, N. Y.—Frank E.
    Powell, 58, lifelong resident of the
    town of Lewiston, died suddenly
    yesterday afternoon from a heart
    attack at the family home In the
    Fletcher road. Mr. Powell was born
    in the house next door to where
    he died, a son of the late Mr. and
    Mrs. Eugene Powell, and had resided
    in the Fletcher road all his
    life. He was a successful fruit and
    vegetable farmer and an active
    member of the Lewiston Community
    Men's club.
    He Is survived by his wife, Mrs.
    Lena Powell, at home; three sisters,
    Mrs. Hannah Eraser, Mrs. Mary
    Nichols and Miss Rachael Powell,
    and one brother, Byron Powell, all
    of the town of Lewiston.
    Funeral services will be held
    Monday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock
    at the family home. Interment wiU
    be In Lewiston village cemetery

    YOUNGSTOWN, Jan. 29—Duncan-
    Greer Powell, 7 1/2-year-old son of
    Mr. and Mrs. Byron Powell, Pletcher
    road, died yesterday at Memorial
    hospital,, Niagara Falls, where he
    had been confined for 12 weeks
    with leukemia.
    Besides the parents, he Is survived
    by a brother Taylor Powell,
    a student at Brockport State Teachers
    college, and his grandmother,
    Mrs. Ina Taylor, of the River road.
    The funeral .will be private at
    the home tomorrow at 2 p. m. Tne
    Rev. A. O. French, assisted by the
    Rev. H. W. Goerss, will officiate.
    Interment will be In North Ridge
    cemetery.
