WOLCOTTSVILLE. Aug 6 The
people of this place were shocked to
hear of the death of Henry Wagner
which occurcd Sunday morning at
Batavia hospital.
Mr. Wagner had not been feeling
good for some time but went about his
work until Friday noon. He went
home and was taken seriously ill where
two doctors were called and he was
rushed to the Batavia hospital and was
operated on at three o'clock Saturday
morning and died Sunday morning.
He is survived by his wife, Zette
Geirta, one son, August, four brothers:
Christ, Gottlieb, William and John
of Wolvottsville, and one step-brother,
Fred Truloff, besides a large number of
friends.
Mr. Wagner was always willing to
help those in need when ever he was
able.
The funeral will be held Wednesday
afternoon at 2 o'clock at the home
and 2:30 at St. Michael's church.

Burial will be at St. Michael's cemetery.
