    War I, died unexpectedly
    Thursday (March 2, 1972) at
    DeGraff Memorial Hospital.
    A resident of this city for 53
    years, he was employed by the
    former. Buffalo Bolt Co. for 45
    years, retiring in 1958.
    He was a member of Salem
    United Church of Christ and a
    past vice commander_of
    Tonawanda Post *5 254,
    American Legion.
    He is survived by his widow,
    Anna; a son, Richard O.
    Zimmerman of Kenmore; 'two
    daughters, Mrs. Kenneth
    (Leona) Pletcher of this city
    and Mrs. Ronald (Marian)
    Lum of North Tonawanda, and
    a sister, Mrs. Elizabeth
    Schmitt, also of North
    T o n a w a n d a . Five
    grandchildren and one great-'
    grandchild also survive.
    Funeral services will be held
    at 1:30 p.m. Sunday at the Roth
    Funeral Home, with the Rev '
    Karl H. A. Rest officiating.
    Burial .will be in Elmlawn
    Cemetery.
    Friends may call from 2 to 4
    and 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral
    home. A memorial service will
    be held at 7 p.m. Saturday at
    the funeral home.
