CHARLES VOELKER
Charles Voelker, 87, Shawnee Road, passed away yesterday in his home after a long illness. Born in Germany, he had lived in the Town of Wheatfield the greater part of his life. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. John Meibohm and Mrs. Alfred Moll, Town of Wheatfield; seven grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; a brother. Fred Voelker, of Lockport. Funeral services will be held at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday in the home of Mrs. Meibohm, Shawnee Road. The Rev. F. A. Hinners will officiate. Burial will be in St. Paul's Cemetery.

Haseley Rites Tomorrow
PEKIN. April 6 - Funeral services for Mrs. Rudolph Haseley. who died Thursday evening at her home in the Lower Mountain road, will be held from the home tomorrow afternoon at 1:30 o'clock and at 2 o'clock at 8t. Andrew's Lutheran church. The Rev. O. A. Schmidt will officiate. Interment will be in PauJ's cemetery. In yesterday's account of the death it was stated that Mrs. Haseley's survivors included a son, Carl Mittlesteadt. This was incorrect. The name should have been Paul Mittlesteadt.

Meibohm Rites Tomorrow
NORTH TONAWANDA - Funeral services for Robert Meibohm, 18, son of Mr. and Mrs. John Meibohm of the Shawnee road, Town of Wheatfield, drowned when he fell from the dock of the R. T. Jones Lumber company on Tonawanda Island into the Niagara river Tuesday afternoon, will be held tomorrow afternoon at 2- o'clock at the residence and at 2:30 at the St Paul's Lutheran church in Martinsville. The Rev. F. A. Hinners will conduct the rites and interment will be in St. Paul's cemetery. The youth was a member of the Nashville Hose company and played in the company band.

Life-Long Resident of North Tonawanda
Mabel B. Breitenbach, 84, of North Tonawanda, died Wednesday (December 25, 2002) in Wedgewood Healthcare Center. Mrs. Breitenbach was born on January 13, 1918 in North Tonawanda to Fred (Emma Voelker) Mittelstaedt. She was the wife of the late Walter Breitenbach. Her three brothers predeceased Mrs. Breitenbach. She was a life long resident of North Tonawanda, a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church, and a member of the Friendship Club. Mrs. Breitenbach is survived by her three children Judith (Thomas) Cribbs, North Tonawanda, Sharon (Marvin) Liedy, Kenmore, Nancy (Edward) Pipalski, North Tonawanda, grandmother of Thomas Cribbs, Cynthia (Herbert) Crossley, Steven, Brian Liedy, Jeffrey (Linda) Papke, Susan (Dann) Nadeau, Edward (Trish) Pipalski, Jr. A lso surviving are several great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. The former Dolores Haseley was a lifelong Cambria resident and a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church, North Tonawanda.
She is survived by her husband of 47 years, Robert L.; two daughters, Shirley of Sanborn and Linda Nye of Lockport; a son, Daniel of Sanborn; a sister, Thelma Shell of Tonawanda; and two grandchildren.

Allene V. Miller passed away Sunday June 9,2019.    Born September 23, 1924 in North Tonawanda she was the daughter of Alfred and Minnie Voelker Moll.  Allene was a piece worker at Grinding Wheel, North Tonawanda before she was a mother and home maker, and then worked at Horan’s in Pendleton.   She was predeceased by her husband Arthur Miller who passed away in 1994.                                                                                              
She is the mother of Lori (Scott Walters) Miller, Randy Miller and the late Linda Penrod, Larry and Gary Miller; grandmother of Jason (Monica) Penrod, Christina (Jorge) Rivera and Jacob Miller; great grandmother of three.  Allene is also the brother of the late Harvey Newman and is survived by several in laws and nieces and nephews.

NORTH TONAWANDA — Judith A. Cribbs (nee Brietenbach), age 72, of North Tonawanda, passed away Friday, April 12, 2013 in DeGraff Memorial Hospital.

Mrs. Cribbs was born August 12, 1940 in North Tonawanda, daughter of the late Walter and Mabel (Mittlestaedt) Brietenbach. Mrs. Cribbs attended local schools and graduated from Starpoint High.

She was a life member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in North Tonawanda. Mrs. Cribbs enjoyed bingo, shopping, ceramics and fishing with her husband.

Beloved wife of Thomas Cribbs; devoted mother of Thomas Cribbs, Jr. and Cynthia (Herbert) Crossley, both of North Tonawanda; loving grandmother of Matthew and Kaitlynn Cramer; sister of Sharon (late Marvin) Liedy and Nancy (late Edward) Pipalski. Also survived by nieces and nephews.
