    Ruth Ellen VanDeBogart, (Nemeth) 69, of Niagara Falls went to be with Christ on Wednesday morning January 6, 2021. She was born April 7, 1951 the daughter of the late Robert and Grace VanDeBogart. Strong in her faith, Ruth had no doubts of seeing Him upon her leaving this world.
    A graduate of the former LaSalle Senior High School Class of 1969, Ruth enjoyed writing, civic involvement, attending her synagogue and spending time with her daughters and grandchildren.
    She is survived by her daughters, Amy (Steve) McFarland of Atlanta, GA., and Sara (Brent) Bays of San Antonio, TX, as well as grandchildren: Jacob and Hannah Fuller and Austin Bayes. Ruth is also lovingly remembered by sisters: Lola Pelligrino of NJ., Roberta (Michael ) Ourso of Louisiana, Elizabeth VanDeBogart of Indiana and several nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
    Ruth was predeceased in death by her parents Grace and Robert VanDeBogart , brother Robert VanDeBogart and her husband William “Bill” Joseph Nemeth who passed January 12, 2021.
    Friends are invited to attend a memorial service to honor and celebrate Ruth and Bill’s lives this Saturday JUNE 12th, 2021 at 11:00 A.M. at the Riverside Presbyterian Church, 815 84th Street at Lindbergh Ave., Niagara Falls, NY. Private burial will be held at the convenience of the family.
