    Obituary Of Jean Rosenbeck

    Jean A. (Haley) Rosenbeck entered into rest October 25, 2018. Born in Lockport, January 25, 1938, she was the daughter of Edward and Emma(Schultz) Haley.
    Jean married John Rosenbeck on March 26, 1966, and they shared 35 years together. He predeceased her in 2001.
    She worked at Harrison Radiator and various retail stores thru the years, enjoyed playing cards, fishing, shopping, and the casino. Jean loved getting jingled up with her many friends and especially her family. She loved her music and danced until the sun came up! Jean was always the life of the party and she loved to sport her purple hair, but most of all she enjoyed spending time with her family. She was a member of the VFW, the Redman, and the IOOB club.
    Jean is the beloved mother of Rhonda (Bob Palmer) Wheatley, Renee (David Starkweather) Hammond and John "Oppie" Rosenbeck, Jr.; cherished grandmother of Matthew (Val) Wheatley, Stephen Hammond, Kristen (Anthony Cescon) Hammond, Marissa (Bruno) Haney, Kerrin, Nicole and Audrionna Rosenbeck; cherished great-grandmother of Marcus Wheatley, Anthony Cescon and Bruno Haney III; dear sister of Mary (Mike) Farina, Phyllis Killion, and the late Edward "Chick" Haley, Thomas Haley, Charles "Choo-Choo" Haley, and Jayce Wiseman; sister-in-law of Michelle Haley. Also survived by many nieces and nephews; and a special niece, Tina Johnson; and dear friend, the late Doug Ballard.
    Friends may call from 2-7 PM on Wednesday at the Taylor and Reynolds Funeral Home

    Edward Joseph Haley Jr. "Chick" passed away on April 3rd, 2018 in Eastern Niagara Hospital, Lockport. Born in Lockport on February 3rd, 1929, he was the son of the late Edward and Emma (Schultz) Haley. Chick was a graduate of Lockport High School and served his country in the United States Navy from 1948 until 1952. He was a devoted member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witness in Lockport. He retired from Harrison Radiator GM.
    Edward was the father of Cindy Tennyson, Sandy Harrington and Cheryl Rambaud; step-father of Larry O'Keefe, Merlyn Roggow, preceded by Maureen Fraiser. He was blessed with eight grandchildren, step-grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and many friends. He is also survived by his sisters, Phyllis Killion, Mary and Mike Farina, Jean Rosenbeck and predeceased by Joyce Wiseman, Charles Haley, Thomas Haley.
    Friends may call on Sunday, April 8th, 3-5 PM in Prudden and Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee Street, Lockport. Memorials to the Niagara County Ofc-The Aging, 111 Main St., Ste. 101, Lockport, NY 14094, would be appreciated by the family. Online condolences at www.pruddenandkandt.com.

    Obituary Of Rhonda Jean Wheatley

    Rhonda passed away unexpectedly after a short illness. Rhonda loved the outdoors and camping with her long time partner Robert Palmer. She loved spending time with friends and family.
    Rhonda is the daughter of the late John and Jean Rosenbeck. Cherished sister of Brian, Renee (Dave) and John Jr. Beloved mother of Matthew (Valerie) Wheatley and Marissa DeCarlo. Beloved grandmother of Marcus (Angelina), Bruno III, Jonathan and great grandson Leo.
    Survived by nieces and nephews Steven, Kristen (Anthony), Nicole and Kerrin. Great nieces and nephews Anthony Jr., Kennady and Kayden. Rhonda will be sadly missed by her cousin Tina and long-time friends Patty Werth and MaryAnne Haney.
    A Memorial Service will be held from 2:00 - 5:00 PM on Saturday September 30th 2023 at Taylor & Reynolds Funeral Home, 70 Niagara St., where the Services will be held at 5:00 pm. Memorials to Niagara Hospice would be appreciated by the family.
