John Wittkopf, 37 Porter street,
75 year old life long resident of
the Tonawandas died this morning
in DeGraff Memorial Hospital.
He was a member of the St. Paul's
Evangelical Lutheran Church, 64
East Felton street Mr. Wittkopf
is survived by two sons: John of
Detroit, Mich., and Harry of Superior,
Wise; five daughters, Mrs.
Clarence Thompson, Mrs. Edwin
Thompson, Mrs. Alfred Herman,
Mrs. Harold Damon all of North
Tonawanda and Mrs. Harold Melsler
of Newfane. He Is also survived
by 15 grandchildren end one
great-grandchild. Funeral will be
held from his home at 37 Porter
street, Monday at 2 p.m. with the
Rev. G. W. Grabau, D.D. officiating.
Cemetery to be announced
later.

Newfane, Wednesday (April 2,
1969) at Roswell Park
Memorial Hospital.
Mrs. Herman was a member
of Faith Lutheran Church,
Newfane, N.Y.
She is survived by her hus-
band, Alfred E. Herman; a
daughter, Mrs. John (Shirley)
Rye of Youngstown; a
grandchild; a brother, John
Wittkopf of Miami, Fla., and
three sisters, Mrs. Ella
Thompson of Lakeworth, Fla.,;
Mrs. Gertrude Damon of Tona-

Colo.

Mrs. Gertrude C. Damon, 59, of
1184 Tonawanda St., Town of Tonawanda,
proprietor of Gert's Superette,
died at her home yesterday
after a heart attack.
Dr. Harry Taylor, an Erie County
medical examiner, said the death
was due to natural causes after a
granddaughter found Mrs. Damon ill
at home. A police first aid squad
was called in an attempt to aid
her.
Born at Winter, Wis., she was the
former Gertrude C. Wittkopf. She
resided 11 years in the Town of
Tonawanda and operated a grocery
store in Tonawanda Street.
Survivors include a son, Gerald
C. Damon; a daughter, Mrs. John
Schwartzkopf, two sisters, Mrs. Ella
Thompson and Mrs. Harold Messier;
a brother, John Wittkopf; five grand
children and one great-grandchild.

Phyllis E. Krzeminski, 88, of North Tonawanda, Saturday (March 16, 2019), under the care of Niagara Hospice. Mrs. Krzeminski was born in North Tonawanda on August 28, 1930 to Edwin and Ella Thompson. Phyllis was predeceased by her husband Stanley T. Krzeminski, her son Steven B. grandson Douglas J Vaillancourt and four sisters Luciele, Viola, Ester, and Gracie, and one brother Edwin.
Phyllis is survived by her children Kenneth (Laura)Krzeminski, Kathy (Joseph) Stulba, Cindy (Michael) Filosofos, and Patty Vaillancourt, grandmother of Steven Krzeminski, Melissa (Doug) Hagen, Kenneth (Emilija Guobyte-Krzeminski) Krzeminski, Jason Stulba, Malinda (Jeremy) Keidel, Gina and Gregory Stulba, Wessly (Cassy) Proefrock, Michael (Stephanie) Filosofos, Pamela (Jonathan Burgasser) Vaillancourt, Herven (Jillian) and Sarah Vaillancourt, also surviving are 9 great grandchildren Braxton, Benjamin, Elliott, Audrey, Mila, Myla, Sebastian, Silas, and Archer, and many nieces and nephews.

Vaillancourt, 23, of North Tonawanda, Saturday (September 14, 2013). Doug was born in Town of Tonawanda on May 15, 1990 to Herven J. and Patty (Krzeminski) Vaillancourt, Jr. Douglas was a graduate of North Tonawanda High School. He enjoyed playing football, basketball, and baseball. In his spare time, he like to go boating and lift weights. He worked for the United States Post Office in North Tonawanda, Seneca Niagara Casino in long term valet, and The Buffalo Launch Club. He belonged to the Third Warders Social Club. Doug is survived by his parents Herven J. and Patty (Krzeminski) Vaillancourt, Jr.; brother of Pamela, Sarah, and Herven S. Vaillancourt; grandson of Phyllis (the late Stanley) Krzeminski and Shirley (the late Richard) Antonucci; loving uncle of Braxton Vaillancourt, Benjamin Burgasser, Mila, and Myla Vaillancourt. Jason J. Stulba, 40 of Amherst, NY formerly of North Tonawanda, Saturday (August 1, 2020). Jason was born in North Tonawanda on July 10, 1980 to Joseph and Kathy (Krzeminski) Stulba. Jason was predeceased by his maternal grandparents Stanley T. and Phyllis Krzeminski, his paternal grandparents Walter and Clara (Leslie) Stulba, his uncle Steven B. Krzeminski, and aunt Leslie Loibl, and cousin Douglas J. Vaillancourt. Jason was a pressman at Dual Printing in Cheektowaga. In his spare time he enjoyed boating, spending time on the river, lake and canal, spending time with family and friends by taking them out on the boat and having campfires. Jason was full of life and was always willing to help someone out, always thinking of others. He will be missed by all who knew him.
Jason is survived by his parents Joseph and Kathy Stulba, brother of Malinda (Jeremy) Keidel, Gina (Zachary Russel) and Gregory Stulba, uncle of Archer Keidel, his faithful canine Mister Wilson, also surviving are many aunts, uncles and cousins and friends.
