WOODS - Frances G. Woods,
aged 56, of 316 Young St., Tona
wanda. passed away Tuesday eve-
ning (Nov. 2, 1954) at DeGraff
Memorial Hospital after a brief
illness. Born in Buffalo, Mrs.
Woods had resided in Tonawanda
for the past 45 years and was a
member of St. Francis Church. Her
husband, the late James Woods,
died in 1945. She is survived oy
her daughter, Mrs. Raymond West;
three sons. James, Donald and Le-
Roy Woods: and five grandchildren,
all of Tonawanda; two sisters.
Mrs. Jack Linekin of New
York City and Mrs. Mary Mendes*
of Tonawanda; three brothers,;
John, Michael and Charles Streck
of North Tonawanda. Friends may
call at the Hamp Funeral Home,,
37 Adam St., Tonawanda, where
services will be held Friday morn-
ing at 8:45 and at 9:15 in
Francis Church. The Rev. Wilbur
Yeager will officiate.

Raymond J. Woods, 22, of 316
Young St., died suddenly Saturday
in a motor cycle accident in
River Road. A Naval veteran of
World War 2, he was a member
of the Eldredge Bicycle Club. He
leaves his mother, Frances St reck
Woods; three brothers, James,
Donald and LeRoy, a sister, Miss
Betty Wood; grandfather Joseph
Streck, all of the Tonawandas.
Services will be Tuesday at 8:30
a. m. in the residence; 9 a. m.
in S t Francis Church where the
Rev. Francis Trapp will officiate
at a high requiem mass.
