    Feldt, 66, of 334 Grove street, died
    Saturday.nlght at the DeGraff Memorlal
    hospital. He was born in
    Sweden and had lived here the last
    28 years.
    He was employed by Remington
    Rand. Inc.; and a member of the
    Rem-Rand social club, the First
    Presbyterian church, of which he
    was an elder, the Men's °class of
    the church and the Men's club of
    the Swedish Covenant mission.

    ^Surviving ire his wife. Edna: two
    daughters, Mrs. Elmer Werrlck. of
    the Town of Tonawanda, and Mrs.
    Franklin Yensan, of Tonawanda:
    two sons, Gordon E. and Allan G.

    Last rites will be held Wednesday
    At 2 pm. at the Hilliard funeral
    home. The Rev. Stanley Boughton
    will officiate. Interment will be In
    Elmlawn cemetery
