    Monday (Aug. 9, 1971) at
    DeGraff Memorial Hospital.
    Born in this city, he was
    employed at the Crawford
    Door Co. as an Installer at
    the time of his death.
    He was a member of Friedens
    Church.
    Survivors include his widow.
    Viola L. McMillen Roggow;
    his mother, Mrs. George
    Roggow of North Tonawanda;
    two sons. Daniel and Blake
    Roggow, both of North Tonawanda;
    two daughters, Mrs.
    William (Bonnie) Siezega of
    North Tonawanda, Mrs. Terry
    (Janet) Bronschidle of Grand
    Island, and three grandchildren.
    Friends may call from 2 to
    4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the
    Brenner Funeral Home, where
    services will be held at 1:30
    p.m. Wednesday. The Rev.
    Carl K. Marks will officiate.
    Burial will be in Friedens
    Cemetery.

    PRINTBlake Howard Roggow, Sr., died at home in North Tonawanda on May 2, 2020 at age 66 after a long battle with lung disease. Son of the late Dean and Viola (nee McMillen) Roggow. Beloved Husband of Barbara A. (nee Connell) Roggow and the late Felicia M. Roggow. Loving father of Blake H. Roggow, Jr., Karen A. (Adam) Ross, Kelly J. (Andrew) Grzeskowiak, Brian M. (RaeAnne) Roggow and Kimberly B. (Scott) Duscher. Step-father of Nicholas (Addy) Stanton and the late Melissa Stanton.
    Proud grandfather of Ericka, Brooke, Brandi, Taylor, Adam, Bella, Ava, Kendall, Maria, Cameron, Dean, the late Gabrielle, Abby, Emma, Megan, Anthony, Max, Isabella, Sloane, Silas, Quinn, and the late Piper. Dear brother of Bonnie Siezega, Janet (the late Terry) Bronschidle, Daniel (Lauren) Roggow. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

    Blake was the owner of Custom Design Decks in North Tonawanda. He also worked for various contractors in the area. He was a great guy and family man, and his mother said that he was “the best boy in town.” His smile would light up the room. He loved golf, the New York Yankees and fishing for the big ones at Chautauqua Lake.
