Koad, lifelong farmer here,
died Friday (June 8. 1962). at
Ransomville General Hospi-
tal where he had been a
patient for six weeks.
Mr. Baker was born on
the family farm where he
lived all his life, except for
two years after he was mar-
ried. He was a member of
Pekin Grange.
Surviving are his widow,
Laude Leech Baker, a daugh-
ter, Mrs. s. Edward Eggles-
ton, Pekin, and three grand-
children.
Friends may call at the
Pike & Jones Funeral Home,
Sanborn, where services will
be conducted at 2:30 p.m. Monday
by Rev. Duane A. Kofahl
of Pekin Methodist Church
Burial will be in Mt. View
Cemetery. the family will be
at the funeral home from 2-5
and 7-9 p.m.
