    RANSOMVILLE - Mrs. Emma
    B. Harbison, 90, died Monday
    afternoon (Sept. 28, 1959) in
    Ransomville General Hospital
    after suffering a stroke in the
    home of her daughter, Mrs. Harry
    Stevenson, Balmer Rd.
    Mrs. Harbison was born in
    Johnstown, Pa.. Feb. 20, 1869. the
    daughter of Wesley and Margaret
    Carney. She and her husband,
    Alva V. Harbison, came
    to this area about 15 years ago.
    Mr. and Mrs. Harbison celebrated
    their 63rd wedding anniversary
    two weeks ago today in
    the home of their daughter, where
    they lived for the past month
    Besides her husband and daughter,
    Mrs. Harbison is survived
    by two other daughters, Mrs. William
    Ingraham, North Tonawanda
    and Mrs. Ellsworth Bale, Appleton;
    two sons, Arthur and
    Lloyd, both of this village, 12
    grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
    The Rev. Carl C. Disbrow of
    the Ransomville Baptist Church
    will officate at services in the
    Hardison Funeral Home, S. Lake
    St., Thursday afternoon at 2.
    Burial will be in North Ridge
    Cemetery.
