Laura May Edsall, 86 of Merrimack, NH, died on Friday, April 18, 2014 at the Community Hospice House after a long illness. She was born in Niagara Falls, NY on February 9, 1928, a daughter of the late Lloyd Henry and Ann Marie (Barlow) Green.
Mrs. Edsall was a resident of Niagara Falls, NY until moving to Merrimack in 1971. Before retirement, she was employed as a Customer Service Rep. for Adelphia Cable Co in Merrimack.
She is predeceased by a brother, Edward Green; and two sisters, Edith House and Margaret Green. Members of her family include her husband of 68 years, Harold F. Edsall of Merrimack; a son, Robert and his wife, Pat, of Bedford, NH; two daughters, Barbara Routhier of Ransomville, NY and Jody and her husband, Brad Averell, of Merrimack, NH; four grandchildren, Craig and Curt Edsall, Scott Durivage and significant other, Kelly Totton, and Laura Maloney; seven great-grandchildren, Ryan, Brett, Lilly, Laura and Calvin Edsall and Mikayla and Joshua Maloney; and several nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be held in the Rivet Funeral Home, 425 Daniel Webster Hwy., Merrimack, NH on Tuesday April 22, 2014 from 2-4 PM and 6-8 PM. Funeral service will be held in the funeral home Wednesday at 10 AM. Burial will follow in Edgewood Cemetery, Nashua.
