    Lewiston, N. Y. (UP)-A grief stricken
    mother and father today
    made funeral arrangements for
    their three-year-old son whose
body was dragged from the rocky
    Niagara river after an intensive
    search.
    The body of Franklin Arthur
Piper, one of three children et
Mr. and Mrs. Leonard F. Piper
    of Lewiston, was found partially
    submerged in a channel near
    Stella Niagara late yesterday. The

    Guardsmen, police and volunteer
    firemen.
    Two rivermen, Charles McCormick
    and Clyde Kolloff of Lewiston,
    located the body while boating.
