    76, of North Tonawanda, Monday (July 27, 2015) at home surrounded by family. Richard was born in North Tonawanda on September 7, 1938, to Norman and Mary (McCrae) Werth. Dick was retired from N.Y.S. Department of Transportation as a Real Estate Appraiser, he was a member of Third Warders Club, North Tonawanda, and MCAC-World Traveler.
    Richard is survived by his wife JoAnne (Hadad) Werth, his sons Dave, Daniel, Scott, and Paul Werth, brother of Helen (the late James)Werth.
    A memorials service will be held at a time to be announced. If desired memorials may be made to the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Stjude.org

    Thomas Werth, four years old, son
    of Mr. and Mrs. Norman K Werth.
    315 Schenck street, died at DeGraff
    Memorial hospital yesterday from
    injuries sustained when a radiator
    standing in his back yard fell over
    on him while he was playing near
    it. He received a leg fracture and
    internal injuries.
    Funeral services wm be held from
    the home Saturday at 8:30 am.
    and at Ascension church at 9
    o'clock, with the Rev. Francis J.
    Hunt officiating. Interment will be
    in Mt. Olivet cemetery

    hospital. Besides her parents
    three brothers, James, Richard
    and William Werth, survive.
    Funeral services were held yesterday.
    Burial was in Mt Olivet.
