    Road, died Sunday (Feb. 25,
    1962) at Ransomville General
    Hospital after an illness of
    10 weeks.
    Born in Newport, R.I., April
    18, 1893, Mrs. Batt was a
    daughter of James and Mary
    Maycabe. She lived in this
    area for 40 years. She was a
    member of the Altar and Rosary
    Society of Immaculate
    Conception C h u rc h , North
    Ridge.
    Surviving are her husband,
    John Batt; a daughter, Miss
    Eleanor Batt, at home; and a
    sister, Mrs. Bertha Cookson,
    New York City.
    Friends may call at the
    Pike and J o n e s Funeral
    Home, where services will be
    conducted at 9 a.m. Wednesday.
    Requiem Mass will be
    offered at 9:30 a.m. at Immaculate
    Conception Church.
    The Rosary will be recited at
    the funeral home at 8:30 p.m.
    Tuesday. Burial will be in
    North Ridge Cemetery
