    Lambert Lyndell Stephens, 82, Central Point, OR formerly of Kansas City, KS passed away January 13, 2010 in Central Point. He was born December 11, 1927 in Kansas City, MO to Lambert Young and Minnie (Schwenk) Stephens. He graduated from Wyandotte High School and Kansas City Kansas Community College. He spent the majority of his working years as a Hospital Inspector.

    Survivors include his wife, Pauline Stephens of the home; two daughters, Lynette Hawkins of Central Point and Paulette Banker of Palmerton, Penn; two brothers, Gene and Harry Stephens of Kansas City, KS; six grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

    The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. Tuesday, January 19th at the Meyers Funeral Chapel
