    Barbara Ann Willick, a lifelong resident of Niagara Falls, passed away on Thursday, August 22, 2019 in Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center.  She was 80.  She was born in Niagara Falls, New York on August 16, 1939, the daughter of the late Howard A. and Dorothy M. (Steer) Willick.  She attended schools locally.
    Miss Willick was a long time employee of Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center.  She worked in Central Service and as a  Nurses Aid.  She also worked in the home health care field. 
    Of Irish decent, Barbara always was very interested and proud of her Irish heritage.  She was gifted in arts, enjoying needlework and crocheting.  She also enjoyed a good book to read. 
    Survivors include a brother, Howard A. Willick of Niagara Falls; three nieces, Catherine M. Showalter; Joanne A. Roffle and Charlotte A. Palumbo; a nephew, Charles C. Kramarczyk; six great nieces; a great nephew; two great great nieces  and two great great nephews.  She was predeceased by her sister, Joan Kramarczyk.
    The family will be present Tuesday, August 27, 2019 after 11 AM in the LANE FUNERAL HOME, INC., 8622 Buffalo Avenue, Niagara Falls, where Funeral services will be conducted at 1 PM.  The interment will follow in Oakwood Cemetery, Niagara Falls.

    Notes:

    Joan D. Kramarczyk, a longtime resident of Niagara Falls, died on Tuesday January 27, 2015 in Buffalo General Hospital. She was 77. She was born in Niagara Falls on March 14, 1937, the daughter of Howard A. and Dorothy (Steer) Willick. She was a graduate of the former LaSalle Jr/Sr High School Class of 1955 and the Deaconess School of Nursing Class 1958.

    She was employed as a registered nurse for many years, retiring from Our Lady of Peace Nursing Care Residence in 2008. Prior to that, she worked for the former St. Mary’s Manor, DeVeaux Manor and Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center.

    She was a devoted mother, grandmother and sister. Joan enjoyed her nursing career, needlework and gardening.

    Survivors include her four children, Catherine Showalter; Joanne (Charles) Roffle; Charles C. Kramarczyk III and Charlotte Palumbo all of Niagara Falls; her sister, Barbara Ann Willick and brother, Howard Willick both of Niagara Falls; seven grandchildren, Ariane, Jennifer, Michelle, Eric, Brianna, Valerie and Kimberly and a great grandson, Oliver. She was predeceased by her husband, Charles C. Kramarczyk, Jr in 1990.

    Friends may call Friday from 2-4, 6-8 PM in the LANE FUNERAL HOME, INC., 8622 Buffalo Avenue, Niagara Falls, where Funeral services will be held Saturday 11 AM. The interment will be held privately in Oakwood Cemetery, Niagara Falls. Memorials, if desired, may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
