    David F. Brockway, 64, of Ransomville, NY, passed away peacefully on Thursday, June 15, 2017, under hospice care after courageous battle with Cancer. Born in Niagara Falls, NY, he was the son of Clinton Brockway and the late Petrina (Micale) Brockway.
    David was a 1972 graduate of Bishop Duffy High School. He married his beloved wife, Mary (Gandt) Brockway, on August 11, 1979 in Niagara Falls. Dave was employed as an electrician at DuPont Chemical Company for many years until his retirement in 2000.
    Dave was a gifted craftsman who had the ability to fix anything for anyone. Prior to his retirement, he enjoyed boating, riding his motorcycle and was a car enthusiast. He was also an animal lover and a proud grandfather. Above all, David will be remembered by his family and friends for his great sense of humor and laughter.
    In addition to his wife of 37 years and his father, he is survived by his only daughter, Sherry (Ben) LoGrosso; one grandson, Benjamin LoGrosso, II; his brother, Daniel (Dana) Brockway; as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins.
    Visitation will be held on Monday, June 19th from 4 – 8 P.M. at M.J. COLUCCI & SON NIAGARA FUNERAL CHAPEL, 2730 Military Road, Niagara Falls. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday at 11 A.M. in St. Vincent De Paul Parish at Prince of Peace Church, 1055 N. Military Road, Niagara Falls. Memorial offerings may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital, 501 St Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105.
