    Mrs. Victoria Litwinski Belczak,
    65, of 8 Eighth Ave., died
    Monday (Dec. 23, 1963). She
    was a lifelong resident of this
    city and the widow of Felix J.
    Belczak who died Jan. 8, this
    year.
    She is survived by three
    sons, Felix, Joseph and Casmer
    Belczak, all of this city;
    three daughters, Mrs. John
    (Mary) Bronka, Syracuse, Mrs.
    Charles (Regina) Foti and Mrs.
    Fred (Florence) Symes, both
    of this city; two sisters, Sister
    M. Honorentia, a Fellcian
    nun in St. Augustine Parish,
    Depew, and Mrs. Laura Salasavage;
    two brothers, William
    and Casmer Litwinski, this
    city; and 18 grandchildren.
    Prayers will be said at 9:30
    a.m. Thursday in the Pawenski
    Funeral Home followed by
    a Requiem Mass at 10 o'clock
    in Our Lady of Czestochowa
    Ohurch. Burial will be in
    Mount Olivet Cemetery.
    Friends may call from 2 to
    4 and 7 to 10 p.m. at the funeral
    home.

    MICHAEL. R. BELCZAK of North Tonawanda entered into rest on October 13, 2023 at his
    residence after a lengthy battle with Multiple Sclerosis. He was 71 years old. Michael was the
    son of the late Joseph and Irene (Gabrys) Belczak of North Tonawanda; beloved husband of
    Ann (Kick) Belczak; beloved father of Mary Beth (John) Crossett, Laura (Michael) Heim and
    Daniel (Deborah Makin) Belczak of Madison, Wisconsin; proud grandfather of Benjamin,
    Christopher, Liam and Julia Crossett, Patrick, Allison and Margaret Heim and Evelyn Belczak.
    He is survived by his brother, Joseph (Lorraine) Belczak and two sisters, Barbara (Vince)
    Pecoraro and Patricia (Mark) Wieclaw, and many nieces and nephews.
    Michael was a family man and enjoyed spending time with his children and grandchildren. He
    was a true Buffalo Sabres and Buffalo Bills fan and always enjoyed watching the game with his
    family. Michael spent many hours in the swimming pool at the Tonawanda Aquatic Center with
    his father and many summers in his own pool. When he was able, he loved spending time
    golfing with friends.
    Michael recently retired from his practice as an attorney in North Tonawanda which he enjoyed
    for over 40 years. In recent years, his practice focused on real estate and he assisted many
    clients sell and purchase homes, many of whom became personal friends. He was a member of
    the New York State Bar Association and Erie County Bar Association.
    The family will greet relatives and friends on Tuesday October 17, 2023 from 3 to 8 PM in the Wattengel Funeral Home, 533 Meadow Drive in North Tonawanda. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday October 18, 2023 at 9:30 AM from St. Jude the Apostle Parish, 800 Niagara Falls Blvd in North Tonawanda.
    Burial will follow at Friedens Cemetery, Wheatfield. Flowers are gratefully declined, if desired memorials may be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Society or to Niagara Hospice.

    Obituary for William C. Belczak
    William C. Belczak (b. 06/27/1952), loving son of Casimir A. Belczak and Rose L. Belczak and caring older brother to Colonel Paul D. Belczak (USA, Retired) passed away in his sleep on June 3, 2023. William was a longtime resident of North Tonawanda having lived his entire life in the city he adored. William’s educational background included graduating from North Tonawanda High School and later from Niagara University with a Bachelor Degree in Political Science. William was dedicated to the welfare of his family. Besides the professional demands of managing his stock portfolio, William always found the time to provide exceptional elder care to both of his parents. He was instrumental in launching Paul’s successful military career as an officer in the U.S. Army and his confidence never wavered in believing his brother would succeed as a senior military officer. William was a life long supporter of the Buffalo Bills who he adamantly followed every game day. William will be greatly missed by both family and friends.
