NIAGARA FALLS —
Julian T. Sojka, 58, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away on Monday, May 13, 2013 at Niagara Hospice House Lockport, NY. Born in Niagara Falls, NY on June 22, 1954, he was the son of Helen (Podsiadlo) Sojka and the late Julian H. Sojka and attended local schools.
Julian was employed by Venture Forthe as a health care aide until he became disabled. He was a member of Riverside Presbyterian Church, was an avid Green Bay Packers fan, enjoyed football, reading, Sudoku puzzles, music and watching movies.
Besides his mother; he is survived by his wife, Kathleen (Haynes) Sojka; his daughter, Elaine (Michael) Parenti; his son, Clark Sojka, all of Niagara Falls, NY; his sister, Christine (late Neil) Hardman of Sanborn, NY; several sisters-in-laws, nieces and nephews.
THERE IS NO PRIOR VISITATION. A Memorial Service will take place at a later date at the convenience of the family. Donations in Julian's memory may be made to Niagara Hospice, 4675 Sunset Drive, Lockport, NY 14094. Arrangements entrusted to ZAJAC FUNERAL HOME, INC.
