    of Lockport. He is also survived
    by three grandchildren
    and three great-grandchildren.
    Funeral services will be held
    at the Rhoney Funeral Home
    Thursday at 8:45 a.m. and at
    Sacred Heart Church at 9:15
    a.m. Burial will be in St.
    Joseph's Cemetery. .
    Friends may call from 7 to 9
    p.m. tonight and from 2 to 5 and
    7 to 9 pjn. Wednesday.

    Carmen J. Cicco, 76 years old, passed away on Tuesday, November 18, 2014 at his home. He was born in Niagara Falls on October 5, 1938, the son of the late Carmen and Ernestine (Biano) Cicco.

    Mr. Cicco was a graduate of Niagara Falls High School. He served with the United States Army from November 28, 1961 until his honorable discharge with the rank of Spec 4 on November 27, 1963. Mr. Cicco worked as an Iron Worker for Iron Worker's Local #9 for 40 years during which time he worked on the Alaskan Pipeline. He enjoyed golfing and bowling, hunting and fishing.

    Mr. Cicco is survived by his son, Matthew (Susan) Cicco of Charlotte, NC; his grandchildren, Matthew and Lauren Cicco; his brothers, Joseph (Agnes) Cicco of Niagara Falls, Anthony (Mary) Cicco of Getzville, NY, Arnold (Jackie) Cicco of Lockport, Robert (Jean) Cicco of Belfast, NY; his sister, Helen (Philip) Joncas of Fall River, MA and his great-nephew, Michael Cicco who helped care for him during his illness. He was predeceased by his sister, Frances Holiday.

    THERE IS NO PRIOR VISITATION. Friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Wednesday, November 26, at 12:00 noon at Holy Family of Jesus, Mary and Joseph at St. Joseph's Church, 1413 Pine Avenue with Rev. Duane R. Klizek officiating. PLEASE ASSEMBLE AT CHURCH. Private burial in St. Joseph's Cemetery. ARRANGEMENT ENTRUSTED TO THE LABUDA FUNERAL HOME, INC.     oseph Cicco, 88 years old, passed away on October 14, 2020 at his home surrounded by his loving family while under the care of Niagara Hospice.  Mr. Cicco was born in Niagara Falls on July 5, 1932, the son of the late Carmen and Ernestine (Biano) Cicco.  He attended local schools and served with the United States Army from June 11, 1953 until his honorable discharge with the rank of Sergeant on May 18, 1955.  He was awarded the United Nations Service Medal, the Korean Conflict Service Medal and the National Defense Service Medal.​Mr. Cicco was employed as a maintenance worker at Globe Metallurgical for 32 years and retired in 1994.  He was a family oriented man and loved to spend time with his grandchildren.  He enjoyed bowling, golfing and playing bocce.​Mr. Cicco is survived by his wife of 67 years, Agnes (Ferlito) Cicco; his children, Wendy Ann (Dennis) Pollow and Michael (Maria) Cicco; his grandchildren, Michael Cicco, Laura Cicco, Julie (Christopher) Schurr, Bryan Pollow, Dennis (April) Pollow and Nicholas (Stephanie) Pollow; 10 great-grandchildren; his sister, Helen (Philip) Joncas; his brothers, Anthony (Mary) Cicco and Arnold (Jackie) Cicco and many nieces and nephews.  He was predeceased by his sister, Frances Holiday and his brothers, Robert Cicco and Carmen Cicco.​A Mass of Christian Burial and Military Honors will be held for the immediate family at St. Vincent DePaul Parish at St. Leo's Church with Rev. Biano passed away on Saturday July 1, 2023 at Elderwood at Williamsville.  Born in Lockport on August 26, 1949, he was the son of the late Arnold and Angeline Rosati Biano.  Arnold was a custodian for the Lockport City School District for over 30 years, retiring in 2014.  He proudly served as Union President for the Lockport School Employees Association for 23 years.  A position which was a very important t part of his life.  He enjoyed fishing and watching the NY Yankees and the Cleveland Browns.
    Arnold is survived by his wife of 43 years, Wanda (Baggett) Biano.  He is also survived by his siblings, Anita (Marc) Butts, Anne (late Gerald) Horton and Alan (Maria/Elena) Biano.  He was the son in law of Mickey Baggett and brother in law of Ken (Val) Baggett.  Arnold was also survived by several nieces and nephews a number of Godchildren and his beloved dog Leonard.
    Friends may call on Thursday July 6th 4-8PM at Prudden and Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee Street, Lockport.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday July 7th at 10 AM at All Saints RC Parish, 76 Church Street Lockport.  In lieu of flowers donations American Diabetes Association, 4955 North Bailey Ave., Suite #217, Buffalo, NY 14226 would be appreciated.  Online condolences at www.pruddenandkandt.com.
