  1. 1.  ROBINS, William H was born on 4 May 1944 in Niagara Falls, Niagara County, NY; died on 22 Feb 2017 in Lockport Memorial Hospital, Lockport, Niagara County, NY.

    Notes:

    William H. Robins, 72, of the Town of Niagara, passed away on Wednesday, February 22, 2017 at Niagara Hospice House in Lockport, NY.  Born on May 4, 1944 in Niagara Falls, NY, he was the son of the late Harry and Rose (Caccamise) Robins.
    William attended local schools and graduated from Niagara Wheatfield High School.  He worked for General Motors in Lockport, NY as an assembler, and retired in 1999, and later worked for Car Star.  He was the co-founder of the Eastern Bicycle Association (EBA) and ran a local BMX track.  He enjoyed Corvettes, detailing cars and going to car shows.  William loved carpentry and was always busy helping others with projects. William was also a model train enthusiast who enjoyed going to train shows, and was also a member of the Western New York Garden Railroad Society.  He enjoyed referring to himself as Mick Jagger and seeing people’s responses.
    William is survived by his beloved wife of fifty-three years, Mary Ann (Cramb) Robins, four children, Rose Ann (Joseph) Rawleigh, Joseph Robins, Kevin (Karen) Robins, and William (Dawn) Robins; seven grandchildren, Joann (Jeremy) Pollow, Elizabeth Rawleigh, Michelle Rawleigh, Kristin Robins, Samantha Robins, Victoria Robins, and Andrew Robins; three great grandchildren, Aaron Rawleigh, Gered Welker and Dominick Zientara.  He is also survived by two brothers, Richard and Robert Robins.  He was predeceased by one brother, James Robins, and one sister, Sharon (late Kaveda) Charles.
    Visitation will be on Friday from 4 – 8 p.m. at the M.J. COLUCCI & SON NIAGARA FUNERAL CHAPEL, 2730 MILITARY ROAD, NIAGARA FALLS, NY. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, February 25 at 10:00 a.m. St. Vincent de Paul Parish at St. Leo’s Church, 2748 Military Road, Niagara Falls, NY.  EVERYONE PLEASE ASSEMBLE AT CHURCH.  Interment will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Niagara Hospice Inc., 4675 Sunset Drive, Lockport, NY 14094.  Visit www.mjcoluccifuneralchapel.com for online guest register.
