George C. Bihn, of 36 Herkimer
St., Victory Mills, an employe
of Allegheny Ludlum Steel
Corp.. in the plant protection
department, died suddenly yesterday
at his home.
Bihn, a retired slate trooper,
was born in New York City and
had lived in Victory Mills for
the last 33 years. He was a vet-
eran of World War II, serving
with the U.S. Coast Guard and
a member of the Old Saratoga
Post, American Legion.
He is survived by his wife '
Mrs. Mary Croroie Bihn; a
daughter, Mrs. Edward Lenz of
Saratoga Springs; a brother,
John Binh of Lockport; a sister,
Mrs. Reginald Francis of Oriskany
and three grandchildren.
Funeral services will be
Wednesday at 9 a.m. from the
residence and at 9:30 a.m. from
the Church of Visitation, Schuylerville,
where a Requiem High
Mass will be celebrated by the
pastor, Rt. Rev. Msgr. James
R. Gazele. Interment will be
in St. Mary's Cemetery, Schuyler
ville.
