    Of Tonawanda, NY passed on to glory on December 12, 2022 surrounded by her loving family; Beloved wife of the late Otto; devoted mother of Michael Hoebel, Christine Bouchard, Karen (Bob) Farley and Teresa (John) Boyer; cherished grandmother of Alexander, Benjamin, Aryka, Bradley, Michael and Christopher. Harriette graduated from St. Ann's Business School and went on to work at General Mills before marrying the love of her life, Otto on September 17, 1949. She was an avid reader, gardener and traveler with Otto and the family on camping trips across the U.S. Later in life she shared that love of travel with her grandchildren. She enjoyed sewing, cooking for her family and was a woman of great faith in her Lord, Jesus Christ. She was a lifelong member at St. Amelia's Catholic Church where she started the Precious Blood of Jesus Prayer Group fifty years ago that is still going strong. Harriette taught Bible study for 14 years that were well attended, led over 31 seminars on various faith topics and was a lector and Eucharistic minister. She also served as a pastoral care associate at St. Joseph University Church for a number of years. Harriette will be remembered for her gentle and fun loving spirit that brought a smile to everyone who met her. She will be missed greatly by her family and her dear friends. The family would like to thank her incredible caregivers: Michelle, Marlene, Melissa, Carly, Casey, Carol and Karen (3M's, 3C's and a K) who loved her and treated her with kindness and compassion. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian burial at St. Amelia's Church 210 St. Amelia Drive, Tonawanda, NY on Friday at 11:30 AM or can attend virtually at www.stamelia.com.     LOCKPORT — Teresa M. Wyman, age 81, entered into rest on Saturday, July 20, 2013, suddenly, after a brief illness. Born on June 1, 1932, she was the daughter of the late Michael and Alice Lysko Pawlak. Teresa married her late husband, S. Arley Wyman on February 12, 1955, residing in Newfane their entire lives.

    Teresa worked for many years at the Newfane High School as a cook. She enjoyed gardening, attending church and listening to music.

    Teresa is survived by her sons, Larry S. (Patti) Wyman of Sugarland, TX and Randy A. (Elizabeth) Wyman of Newfane, NY; grandsons, David, Charlie and JohnArley. Predeceased by her brother, Henry J. Pawlak; sisters, Victoria Piech and Monica Waloga; survived by a sister, Harriet Hoebel; several nieces, nephews and cousins.

    Friends may call at the RUTLAND-CORWIN FUNERAL HOME, INC., 2670 Main St., Newfane, NY 14108, on THURSDAY 2-4 and 7-9 PM, where funeral services will be held on FRIDAY at 10 AM. Burial will follow at Wrights Corners Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Miller Hose Ambulance Fund, 6161 McKee St., Newfane, NY 14108.

He was born in Buffalo, NY August 25, 1938, the son of the late Stephen and Victoria Pawlak Piech. He served his country as a medic in the US Army and later was in the National Guard for many years. James was a Pharmacist for 47 years. He owned his own store in Cheektowaga, and worked at several stores including Rite Aid Pharmacy in Wrights Corners. He enjoyed the outdoors and farming. Member of the Town of Lockport Historical Society and St. Brendan on the Lake R.C. Church (St. Bridget's site). Father of Kristen (Paul) Piech-Dumas of Victor, NY, Kathleen (James) Piech-Lukas of Cincinnati, OH and the late Joseph Piech and Suzanne Crane. Grandfather of Andrew and James Crane and Michael and Christopher Dumas. Brother of Thomas (Cheryl) Piech of Livingston, TN. Also survived by several nieces and nephews.
