    Constance DeLuca, (nee Carlo) age 90 of North Tonawanda on Wednesday February 11, 2015 at Elderwood at Crestood. Constance was a member of the former Ascension R.C. Church. Loving wife of the late Joseph DeLuca. Sister of the late John (Lois) Carlo and Patricia (Ronald) Anastasi. Mother of the late Anita Marvin and Joseph DeLuca.

    Dear grandmother of Michele (Derek) LeVine, Nicole (Daniel) Kish, Jennifer DiFiore and Joseph (Sarah) Marvin. Proud grandmother of Anthony, Anita, Christopher, Jeffrey, Joey, Jacob, Danielle, Ryan, Payton, Grayson and Hudson. Sister of Helen (the late Frank) Malone and Dorothy (the late Donald Bero).

    Friends received by the family on Sunday 1-3 p.m. at the Brunner Funeral Home, (692-3841) 156 Robinson St., North Tonawanda where services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Interment at Mt. Olivet Cemetery will be private. The family requests that memorials be made to Niagara Hospice, Inc.

Carlo, 88, of North Tonawanda on Tuesday, February 11, 2014, at his home, after a long illness. John was a member of St. Jude the Apostle Parish and formerly Ascension R.C. Church. Mr. Carlo retired from the Postal Service on March 30, 1989, after 41 years of service, including 19 years as Postmaster. He was active in the community as a member of Live Hose Company #4 since 1946, and served as President for four years. A member of the American Legion Post #264 since 1946. Also was past member of the Board of Trustees of the United Way of the Tonawandas, Past President of the Lions Club of the Tonawandas, and past Treasurer of the North Tonawanda Football Hall of Fame. He was Division Captain of the Heart Fund. John served as Coach for eight years for the North Tonawanda Little League and Vice President for two years. Past member of the Board of Directors of the Boys and Girls Club of the Tonawandas. He was Past President of Tan Tara Mens Club and a solicitor for Catholic Charities for 44 years. He served on the Board of Directors of DeGraff Memorial Hospital for 22 years, of which five years he was Chairman of the Board. Mr. Carlo was named Citizen of the Year in 1992. John served his country in the U.S. Navy during WWII in the Pacific Theatre. Beloved husband of 66 years to Lois A. (nee Geser) Carlo. Loving father of Christine A. (Ronald) Neal of Florida, Jacqueline Sue (Kevin) Parks of North Tonawanda, and John B. (Amy) Carlo of Penfield. Brother of Connie (the late Joseph) DeLuca, Helen (the late Frank) Malone, Dorothy (Donald) Bero and the late Patricia Anastasi (Ronald). Proud grandfather of six grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Friends received by the family on Thursday, February 13, 2014, from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the Brunner Funeral Home, 156 Robinson St., North Tonawanda. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday morning at 10:00 AM at St. Jude the Apostle Parish, 800 Niagara Falls Blvd., North Tonawanda. Please assemble at the church. Cherished grandmother of Judith (Todd) Welsh, Sarah Foels and Brian Serwicki. Proud “GG” of Samantha and Lucy. Sister of Dorothy (the late Donald) Bero, also predeceased by her brother, John( the late Lois) Carlo and her sisters Constance (the late Joseph) Deluca and Patricia (Ronald) Anastasi. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. 
    Friends received by the family on Monday, April 15, 2019 from 4-8 p.m. at the Brunner Funeral Home, 156 Robinson St., North Tonawanda. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday morning at 10:00 at St. Jude the Apostle Parish, 800 Niagara Falls Blvd. Please assemble at the Church. Entombment at Mt. Olivet Cemetery will be private. Memorials may be made to Hospice Buffalo (www.HospiceBuffalo.org) or the charity of your choice. 
    Helen loved the role of wife, mother and grandmother. She enjoyed cooking, golfing, playing Bridge and being with family and friends. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
