    Robert Heschke of Appleton, NY husband of the late Anna M. Ryan Heschke entered into rest on April 5, 2023 in the Niagara Hospice House. He was born in Lockport, NY on November 2, 1935, son of the late Jay Heschke and Viola Drake Heschke.
    Bob Married Anna on November 24, 1960. He was a Charter Member of Hartland Volunteer Fire Co., Barker Seniors and Johnson Creek Seniors. Bob loved his time camping at Lazy Lakes in Cambria and loved going to breakfast and bus excursions to Ramblin Lou.
    Father of Timothy (Annette) Heschke, Shari Capen and Robert A. Heschke. Grandfather of Tanya (Justin) Ruggs , Brandy (Ricky) Nye, William (Janelle) Capen III and Dustin Heschke. Great grandfather of Jazmyne Capen, Meadow, Payton, Liam, Hazel Grace, Rory, Mateo, Maverick Nye. Great great grandfather of Bentley and Blake. Brother of Fred (Annette) Heschke and the late Kathy Lee. Brother in law of Winifred (late Fay) Heschke, Donald (Judy) Ryan, Dawn (late Raymond) Coyle and the late Betty (Gordon) Crane, Dorothy (Robert) Vigrass, Harold "Pat" (Shirley) Ryan, Audrey (Wayne) Burgess, Mary (Junior) Caldwell, Florence (Herb) Kolbe, Charlotte (Pat) Patrick and Gerri (Ernie) Winters.
    Family and friends may call at the Rutland-Corwin Funeral Home, Inc. 2670 Main St. Newfane, NY on Monday, April 10, 2023 from 2-4 and 6-8pm where a funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 11, 2023 at 9:30am.
