    RANSOMVILLE —
    Vennis Earlene Krantz, age 72, of Ransomville, NY, died on Thursday, December 26, 2013 in the Niagara Hospice House in Lockport after a long illness.
    Vennis Earlene was born on August 16, 1941 in Jesse, WV, the daughter of the late Jess and Audrey (Cecil) Cook. She married Vincent G. Krantz, Sr. on July 28, 1961 and they have lived in Ransomville the past 32 years.
    Vennis Earlene owned and operated Hairstyling by Vennis in Ransomville for 25 years. She then worked as a secretary for the late Dr. Subash Ramchand, MD in Niagara Falls for four years until 2008. Vennis Earlene was a devoted member of the Greater Niagara Falls Church of God in Sanborn. Her family and grandchildren were the loves of her life.
    In addition to her husband, Vincent, she is survived by her children, Terri Lynn (Glenn) Daly of Jacksonville, FL, Vincent G. Krantz, Jr. of Ransomville, and Kenneth Krantz of Gasport, NY; two brothers, Sandy and Craig Cook both of West Virginia; and eight grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by three brothers, Arvil, Ronnie, and David Cook.
    Friends may call at HARDISON FUNERAL HOMES, 3648 Ransomville Road, Ransomville on Sunday from 3-8 PM. Funeral Services will be held on Monday, December 30th at 10:30 AM in the Greater Niagara Falls Church of God, 2334 Lockport Rd., Sanborn, with the Rev. Joseph Whitman officiating. Burial will follow in Acacia Park Cemetery, Town of Pendleton. Flowers are gratefully declined. Memorials to "The Missions" of the Church.

    Amanda L. Krantz, age 33, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed unexpectedly on Monday, July 8, 2024, in the Town of Niagara. Born on January 9, 1991, in Lewiston, NY, the daughter of Vincent G. Krantz, Jr. and Theresa I. Petroziello. Amanda attended Wilson High School. She was a server at Steak, Stone & Sushi. Amanda enjoyed her job and was always an avid worker. Amanda was born with a heart of gold and found genuine joy in helping others. Amanda loved and was passionate about her shopping sprees. She cherished her relationship with God and was adamant in her beliefs. She loved spending her free time with her children and having playdates with friends and family.Amanda is predeceased by her loving son and angel Zayan and her paternal grandmother Vennis (nee Cook) Krantz. She is survived by her loving children, Hope, Emran and Aminah and their father Sadat, her partner of 7 years; beloved parents, Vincent G. (Lori Rogler) Krantz, Jr. and Theresa I. (late Lester Rivers) Petroziello; caring siblings Crystal (Garry Hill) Krantz, Sarah Krantz and Harley (Cheryl Aquino) Krantz; dear step-siblings, Tyler, Morgan and Kayla Rivers; cherished grandparents, Vincent G. Krantz, Sr., Beverly Petroziello and William Petroziello; also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends. The family will be present to receive friends on Sunday, July 14, 2024 from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at the HARDISON FUNERAL HOME, INC., 3648 Ransomville Road, Ransomville, where Funeral Services will follow at 8 PM. Pastor Joseph Whitman officiating. Friends invited.
