    NIAGARA FALLS -
    Esther Viola Seiwell (Balliet) died November 29, 2013, at the age of 94, in Conyers, GA. She was born April 26, 1919, daughter of Charles and Minnervia (Dashes) Balliet in St. John's, PA.
    Esther lived in Town of Niagara from 1953 until she moved in 2008. She was a foster grandparent for 20 years - starting at Military Road School, then Errick Road and 66th Street, retiring at 82 years old. She married Myron Eugene Seiwell in 1938.
    Esther attended Niagara Presbyterian Church from 1954 until 2008 where she served as a Deacon. She also attended Journey Church in Georgia. She belonged to two Senior Citizen groups in Town of Niagara and loved to play cards, bingo and crochet.
    Esther is survived by two daughters, Janet Becker of Georgia and Marie Hotthouser of Kentucky; eight grandchildren, Marlene, Peter, Ronald, Darlene, Larry, Darryl, Christopher and Corina; 16 great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by two sons, Myron Eugene in 1939 and Charles Roy in 1971; a daughter, Joyce Converse in 2004; four sisters, Irene, Edna, Ellen and Edith; and three brothers, Silas, Clarence and Marvin.
    A memorial service will be held Thursday, July 10, 2014, at Niagara Presbyterian Church, Military Road, Niagara Falls, at 11 AM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Niagara Presbyterian Church or an organization of your choice.
