    of 2452 Cleveland Ave., died
    Thursday (June , 16. 1966) in
    Buffalo General Hospital after
    a four-month illness.
    A native of Ontario, Canada,
    she came to this city in 1923 and
    at one time was employed at
    the Niagara Searchlight Co.
    during World War II.
    She is survived by her husband,
    Thomas St. Philip, who is
    commander of the LaSalle Griffon
    Post 917 VFW, and her
    father, George Bradley. Other
    survivors include three brothers:
    George Bradley Jr. and
    Edward Bradley, both of this
    city,, and Leonard Bradley of
    Palo Alto, Calif. Also surviving
    lare three sisters: Mrs. Anson
    (Mary) Bookt of this city; Mrs.

    Funeral services will be held
    at the Rhoney Funeral Home,
    Monday at 8:30 a!m. and at
    Sacred Heart Church at 9:15

    Interment will be at Memorial
    Park Cemetery.

    Lieutenant Anthony Hartley, son
    of Mr. and Mrs. Wilfred Hartley, of
    8160 West Rivershore drive, and
    Private Wilfred H. Bradley, son or
    Mr. and Mrs. George Bradley, of
    3121 Highland avenue, have been
    reported missing In action while
    serving with the United States
    armed forces.
    Lieutenant Hartley, the husband
    of Mrs. Betty Hartley, of West
    Lafayette. Ind.. has been missing In
    action In the
    S o u t h .Pacific
    area since Feb-
    ruary 21. He was
    attached to the
    Army Air Forces
    in that war
    theater and had
    seen action in
    the air against
    the Japanese
    over Jap-held
    teritory. Back
    in England, he
    attended Purdue
    university for
    two years, later
    getting his wings
    and commission at Lake Charles.
    La., in May, 1942. He received his
    overseas assignment in October.
    1943 being detailed as a dice bomb-
    er piot with a bombardment squad-
    ron. He was flight leader and
    operations officer of his squadron.
    Private Bradley, who has been
    serving with the armed forces in the
    Italian theater of war. has been
    missing in action since February 6
    according to a
    telegram receiv-
    ed by his par-
    ents. He entered
    the army in
    October, 1942
    and completed
    his basic train-
    ing at Camp
    Croft, S.C., later
    leaving for his
    overseeas duty.
    He was stationed
    in North Africa
    until two
    m o n t h s ago
    when he was
    transferred to
    the Italian theater.
    He has three
    brothers in the services. Ernest C.
    Bradley serving with the army in
    the Hawaiian Islands. Leonard
    Bradley with the army at Fort
    Belvoir Va.. and Edward Bradley
    with the U. S. Navy at Sampson.

    A Niagara power project
    worker was killed and a
    companion, also a project
    worker, was injured when
    their car went out of- control
    and c r a s h e d into a
    tree in River Road near
    Stella Niagara, T o w n of
    Lewiston, Tuesday evening.
    Pronounced dead at the accident
    scene was:
    Raymond Bradley, 31, of 643
    Ashland Ave., driver of the
    car.
    Admitted to Memorial Hospital
    where he was listed in
    "fair" condition was:
    Russell Woodmancy, 33, of
    423 Fifth St.; owner of the
    car; leg, face and head injuries.
    Chest Crushed
    Coroner F. Eugene Ingram
    reported Bradley suffered a
    crushed chest. The coroner
    said he ordered an autopsy
    in the event the man suffered
    a heart attack prior to the
    accident.
    Bradley and Wood m a n c y
    were employed by Tuscarora
    Contractors.
    Bradley's death was the fifth
    traffic fatality in the county,
    exclusive of Niagara Falls,
    this year.
    Trooper Walter Kane reported
    the car, headed south,
    had rounded a curve north of
    Pletcher Road- and went out
    of control and struck a tree
    on the west side of River
    Road.
    Car Wrecked
    Skid marks at the scene
    measured 128 feet, said
    Trooper Kane.
    The car was practically demolished
    by the imnact.
    Identification of B r a d 1 e y
    look several h o u r s as only
    keys, were found on his body.
    Coroner Ingram and police
    learned the men had b e en
    visiting Ronald Woodmancy.
    brother of the injured man, at
    Youngstown.
    The keys on the body of the
    dead man were traced to his
    car and identification was
    made by his wife.
    Also at the accident scene
    were Sgt. Charles Bukowski,
    head of the state police substation
    in Military Road,
    lice Chief Clifford Lockmi
    er, of Youngstown. Officer
    Frank Wasko, of Lewiston,
    and deputy sheriffs.
    The victims were taken to
    Memorial Hospital by Lewis-
    ton volunteer firemen.

    Mr. Bradley was a Democratic
    committeeman from the
    fifth ward and a member of
    the Niagara Falls Democratic
    Club. He was also a member
    of the board of trustees of Laborer
    Local No. 91.
    Surviving in addition to his
    wife, Virginia, is a daughter,
    Nancy Ann Bradley; his father,
    George Bradley, and
    four sisters, Mrs. Ruth Mc-
    Collum. Mrs. Mary Book. Mrs.
    Ina Smith, and Mrs. Mildred
    St. Phillip, all of this city;
    three brothers, George Brad
    ley, this city, and
    Bradley, Palo Alto, Calif.
    Funeral services will be
    conducted at St. Paul's Methodist
    Church at 2 p.m. Saturday.
    Rev. Richard J. Davcy
    will officiate. Friends may call
    at the Rhoney Funeral Home
    until noon Saturday.

    Marion Keller, born in Lewiston, NY, passed away on Oct.23 at the home of her daughter, Patricia Huffman where she resided the past 5 years. Marion was 94 years old, born on September 10, 1924 and under hospice care at the time of her passing. 
     
    Marion was married to her husband, John, for 65 years and he preceded her in death in 2010. Marion is survived by her daughter Patricia (Keller) Huffman and Wayne, Sharon Keller, and son Bruce Keller; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren and a nephew. Preceding her in death were brothers, Clyde and Floyd McCollum, sister Gloria Weiss, parents Clyde & Ruth McCollum and granddaughter Kari Zimmer Cosentino.
     
    Friends may call on Friday from 11-1 at the LANE FUNERAL HOME, INC.,  8622 Buffalo Avenue with funeral services to follow at 1 PM. The interment will be in North Ridge Cemetery, Cambria, NY.     Floyd McCollum passed away April 7, 2016. Born December 16, 1928 to the late Clyde and Ruth McCollum, he is also predeceased by his wife Dolores W.(Daunce) in 2010 and his sons Jerry in 2003 and Wayne in 2008.
    Floyd was a grave digger at Gate of Heaven when he was young, welder by trade at Local 129, known today as Local 22, for over 38 years until he retired in 1990, a member of Niagara County Sheriff Department Mounted Division, an Army Paratrooper, a South Wilson Fire Company member from the late 60's, Cloggers Square dancing Group and a lifelong member of Immaculate Conception Church in Ransomville. He enjoyed woodworking and carpentry, he built his family home, he also collected Steins and he made wooden clocks, he was an outdoors man who enjoyed hunting and spear fishing. Before her passing Dolores and Floyd were inseparable, they did everything together, he loved spending time with his family and friends.
    Surviving him, children David P. (Brenda) McCollum of Newfane, Karen McCollum of Huston TX and Floyd McCollum of Lockport, sister in law Joann Hart of Wilson, Paul (Late Bernie) McCollum of Lewiston, Gene (Lela) McCollum of Lewiston, Marrion (Late Cudd) of Lewiston, Judy (Mike) Gomez of St. Louis, Hellen (Late Clyde) McCollum of Niagara Falls along with several grandchildren and great grandchildren, extended family and friends.
    A visitation will be held Sunday April 10, 2-4& 7-9 pm at Hamilton & Clark Funeral Home 270 Young St. Wilson. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday April 11 at 11am at Immaculate Conception Church in Ransomville. A special thanks goes to Jo for everything she did for Floyd.     Eugene A. “Gene” McCollum, age 86 of Niagara Falls entered into rest on Tuesday November 14th, 2023, at St. Mary’s Hospital in Lewiston. Born on July 29th, 1937, in Lewiston to the late Clyde and Ruth (Bradley) McCollum.Gene worked in the cemetery business his whole life starting at age 10 and retiring in 2013 from Riverdale Cemetery after 60 years in the business. He enjoyed camping, fishing, golfing with family and friends and spending the winter months in Ocala, Florida. He was a collector for Hot Wheels and in his younger years-built race cars and raced at Ransomville Speedway.Surviving is his wife, Lela “Lee” McCollum; children, Gene, Jeffrey, and Candy McCollum; stepchildren, Robert (Erin) Gmerek and Mande (Paul) Pignataro his siblings Paul (late Bernice) McCollum and Judy (Michael) Gomez, many grandchildren, and special grandchildren.Gene is predeceased by his siblings, Sonny (Helen), Floyd (Delores) McCollum, Marion (John) Kellar and Gloria (Oliver) Weise and his former wife Betty Lowell.A private memorial service will be held in the summer Arrangements entrusted to HARDISON FUNERAL HOMES INC.     Mr. Robert Alan Bradley, 67, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away, suddenly, on Monday, July 8, 2019.  Born on December 22, 1951 in Niagara Falls, NY, he was the son of the late George W. and Frances (Slaiman) Bradley. On April 15, 1972, Robert married the love of his life, the former Dawn Arnold in the Navy Chapel in Charleston, SC.
     
    Mr. Bradley graduated from Niagara Falls High School and earned his associates degree from Erie Community College.  Robert enlisted in the United States Navy on July 7, 1970 and retired on December 3, 1994 as a Sonar Technician, 1st Class Petty Officer and Recruiting officer.  Following his retirement he worked for Niagara Auto Electric and Norman G. Jensen/Livingston Intl CHB.  He was most proud of his family position he held of “Pet Maintenance Supervisor.”
     
    In addition to his parents, Robert was predeceased by a son, Christopher J. Bradley.
     
    Mr. Bradley is survived by his wife, Dawn (Arnold); children, Rev. Daniel (Mary Babcock) Bradley, Sharon Bradley and Joshua (Tiffany Marin) Bradley; granddaughter, Kiah Bradley; siblings, George William “Skip” (Gale A. Brontmire) III, Kimi, Bruce and Carol S. Bradley and several cousins, nieces and nephews.
     
    The family will be present to receive friends on Sunday, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. in the Chapel of OTTO REDANZ FUNERAL HOME, 2215 MILITARY ROAD, NIAGARA FALLS, NY.  A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 15th at 11:00 a.m. at Open Arms Community Church, 4143 Beach Ridge Road, North Tonawanda, NY.  EVERYONE ASSEMBLE AT THE CHURCH.  Interment, concluding with Military Honors, in Acacia Park Cemetery.  If desired, memorial offerings may be made to The Buffalo & Erie County Naval & Military Park or to the Patriot Guard Riders.  Arrangements are under the care of Michael R. Goodlander.
