Word has been received here of
the death of Mrs. Isadore Brandis
Becraft, wife of Nathaniel Becraft,
at her home in Oakland.
California, who was a former resident
of this place and Utica. She
leaves besides her husband, two
sons and two daughters, all of
Oakland, "California; two sisters,
Mrs. Harriet Brandis Piatt, and
Mrs. Cora Brandis Angell, both of
St. Louis, Mo.; three brothers,
George Brandis, of Ogden, Utah,
Albert E. Brandis of Deansboro,
and William F. Brandis, of Franklin
Springs. Also several grandchildren.
Mr. and Mrs. Becraft
went to reside in the west 44 years
ago.
