NEWFANE. Aug. 26. - Funeral
services were held on Sunday. Aug.
ust 34, for Mrs. Herman Brandt
aged 58. life-long Newfane resident,
who passed away in her home on
Thursday. August 21, following several
weeks' illness. The Rev. Eugene
J. Pleury, of the Methodist Episcopal
church, where she attended,
was the officiating clergyman. The
bearers were Frank Miller, Edward
B. Corwln, Fred Zimmerman, Fred
Schwelgert, Elmer Searie and Fred
Treadwell. Burial took place to the
Corwln cemetery.
She leaves besides her husband
one brother, Lewis Brandt, of Olcott.

Martha married BRANDT, Herman E about 1913. Herman (son of BRANDT, Ernest and Fredericka) was born on 24 Aug 1875 in New York; died on 14 Oct 1961 in Town of Newfane, Niagara County, NY. [Group Sheet] [Family Chart]
