Funeral services for Frank J.
Braunig. sixty seven, of 1301 Broadway,
Renaeehser. who died of a com.
plication of diseases yesterday afternoon,
were today from his home, at
2 30 o'clock.
Mr. Braunig had been ill for about
a year, but hie condition was not
considered serious until the last two
weeks. His widow. Mrs. Grace B.
Dietz, a son, Arthur S. Deitz, and
three step-children. Kirby T. Ella
F., and William B, Dietz,survive. .
W. J. Rockefeller, undertaker. Is
la charge of the funeral arrangements.
Braunig was a member of
the Odd Fellows and was also a
msmrwr of the Masons to Albany.
He will be buried in Albany Rural
cemetery.

Leroy Braunig died yesterday
morning at the residence of his
mother Mrs. William Ness, No. 11
Exchange street although out of
health for some time his death came
unexpectedly. He was born in Utica
in 1887, came to Auburn when a
small boy with his parents and was
educated in the public schools of
this city. He was one who made
friends by his pleasant ways. His
death is doubly painful as his sister
Gertrude Braunig passed away less
than 10 months ago. He Is survived
by his mother. Mrs William Yess
and two brothers, William and Bernard
Braunig, and a grandmother,
Mrs. S. J. Scranton of this city. Bur-
ial will be made at Soule cemetery
tomorrow at 2 p. m

Gertrude M. Braunig, daughter of
Mrs. William Ness and the late Nicholas
Braunig, died at the family
home, No. 57 1/2 Washington street,
yesterday morning. She was born
in Utica Aug. 1, 1891, came to Auburn
with her family when a 'small
girl and was educated in the public
schools of this city. Her father died
June 12, 1905. Her death is peculiarly
sad, tuberculosis being the
cause, and while the end was not unexpected,
it came very suddenly, she
having been ill since last January.
Besides her mother, Mrs.. William
Ness, she is survived by her grandmother,
Mrs. Sarah J. Scranton, and
three brothers, Le Roy, William K,
and Bernard N. Braunig, all of this,
city. Funeral services will be held
at the house tomorrow afternoon at
2:30 o'clock and the burial will be
in Soule cemetery.
Those who knew her best will be
grieved at her death, as the had in
her short life made a host of friends
and her lovable character was an example
for others.

evening at the Good Shepherd
Hospital of pneumonia. He is sur-
vived by his wife. Mrs. Minnie Brau-
nig. his mother, Mrs. E. L. McDan-'
iels, a brother. William E. Braunig.
all of Auburn Funeral services,
will be held at the family home. 81
Franklin Street tomorrow at 4:30.
