She was born in Hartland, NY on June 10, 1925, the daughter of the late Dudley and Leah Wiseman Smith. Helen was a member of Ridgewood Bible Church and enjoyed knitting, baking, cooking and playing scrabble. Mother of Roger (Karon), Edwin (Betty), Loren (Susan), Terry (Jamie) and James (Patti) Taylor. Sister of Merle Smith and the late Joan (Charles) Muisiner, Tish (Faber) Gooding and Doris (Lou) Stout. Grandmother of 27 and the late Eric Taylor. Great grandmother of 49. Family and friends may call at the Ridgewood Bible Church 7073 Ridge Rd Lockport, NY on Friday, December 20, 2019 from 3-8pm where a Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, December 21, 2019 at 11am. Burial will be in Wrights Corners Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations to Niagara Hospice 4675 Sunset Dr. Lockport, NY or Ridgewood Bible Church would be appreciated by the family.
