NORTH TONAWANDA. March 22 - John Reichert, 76, of 180 Miller street, died In DeGraff Memorial hospital where he was taken yesterday, afternoon after he collapsed in a Payne avenue restaurant. A North Tonawanda Police Department ambulance took the man to the hospital, but efforts there to revive him were unsuccessfull

old. died this morning at his home.
86 Scott street. His death followed
a lingering illness.
Mr. Reichert was associated
with Capt. Thomas B. Webb of
Tonawanda for many years in train
ing and exhibiting sea lions in
circuses and carnivals. They traveled
in many countries and were
associated with Barnum and Bail
sy, Ringling Bros, and other leading
circuses.
Born In the town of Wheatfield,
Mr. Reichert had resided in Tonawanda
for the past 36 years. He
la survived by a wife. Maude, nee
.Treat; two daughters, the Misses
Gloria and Mabeile E. Reichert,
and four brothers, Jacob, John and
Gustav, all of the Tonawanda,
and Christian, Niagara Falls.
The funeral will be held Saturday
afternoon at 1:30 o'clock at
the residence. Rev. J. Quincy Biggs

NORTH TONAWANDA, Oct. 3-
Jacob Reichert, 86, died suddenly
this morning at his home, 141 Som-
mer street. Death was due to a
heart attack. Mr. Reichert was born
in the Town of Wheatfield and had
resided in this vicinity all his life.
He is survived by two sons, Wil-
liam and Edward of Wheatfield, N.
Y.; a daughter, Mary Werth,
of Sanborn, N.Y.; two grandchil-
dren and three brothers, Christian,
of Niagara Falls, John and Gus-
tave, of this city.
Last rites will be held Saturday
at 2 p.m. from the Hamp funeral
home, 37 Adam street, and at 2:30
at St. Matthew's Evangelical Luth-
eran church. The Rev. Carl Frank-
enstein will officiate. Interment
will be in St. Matthew's cemetery.

Wheatfield, died today (Jan. 3,
1955) in DeGraff Memorial Hospi-
tal from injuries sufferd in an au-
tomobile accident Dec. 26. A life-
long resident of the Town of
Wheatfield, Mr. Reichert, a farmer,
is survived by his wife, Sara Graf
Reichert and a brother, Edward
R. of Tonawanda. He was a mem-
ber of St. John's Evangelical Lu-
theran Church, Town of Wheat-
field. Funeral services will be at
2 p.m. Thursday from the Watten-
gel Funeral Home with the Rev.
Walter Thiemecke officiating.
Burial will be in White Chapel
Memorial Park.

George J. Reichert, a native of
North Tonawanda and a resident of
818 Cayuga Drive, Niagara Falls,
died last night in Memorial hospital,
that city.
He was bom here 47 years ago,
but went to Niagara Falls in his
early childhood to live. Educated
in the public schools of that city
he entered the employ of the
Niagara Falls Gazette. Later he
became an employe of the Niagara
Falls Electric Light & Power
company. At the time of his death
he was district manager of the
Buffalo Niagara Electric corporation.
Mr. Reichert was a member of
the Niagara Club, the Niagara Falls
Country club and St. Stephen's
Episcopal church.
Surviving are his wife, who was
Julia Whitney, and whom he married
in October, 1913; two sons,
Edward and John and a daughter,
Helen Louise, and his parents,
Mr. and Mrs. C. F. M. Reichert,
686 Chilton avenue, Niagara Falls.
Mr. C. F. M. Reichert was formerly
a North Tonawanda meat
dealer.
