Obituary

Donna L. Lemieux, age 80, peacefully joined her Lord and Savior after a long illness on October 24, 2022. 
Donna absolutely loved to sing. She was part of a singing group, Sweet Adeline's, for many years. She was a talented interior decorator and had an eye for design. Donna had lots of friends and was always smiling. She had a way of always finding the good in everything and everyone. Her compassion and friendly demeanor was exemplary. She was an impeccable housekeeper and had a place for everything and everything was in it's place.  Above all else, Donna loved her family and enjoyed every moment spent with them. 
She was a devoted wife to her loving husband, Victor Lemieux. She liked to refer to him as her "Go-Go", as he is always on the go. She was predeceased by her parents Chester Willard and Betty Hunt, her brother Warren (Marcy) Hunt, and by her son Joseph DeRicco. Survived by her loving children Mark (Brenda) DeRicco, Laura (Mark) Healy, and Randy (Paula) DeRicco. and by her step-children Dawn (Kirk) Lemieux-Komasara, Audra (late Douglas) Willison, Michelle Kasprzyk, and by Victor "Deke" (Kim) Lemieux. Also survived by 16 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
Friends and family are invited to attend a Celebration of Life at Fretthold & Hamp Funeral Home, located at 37 Adam St. in the City of Tonawanda, on Saturday October 29, 2022, beginning at 10:30 am. Please make memorial donations to Alzheimer's Association of WNY, or to Little Valley Baptist Church.
