Born in Niagara Falls, NY on December 29, 1955 she was the daughter of the late Donald and Audrey (Hiddie) Dobbertean. Cynthia was a Program Director at the Niagara Falls Boys & Girls Club until moving to Bath, NY. She enjoyed arts & crafts, fishing and gardening.She is survived by her daughter, Ashley(Dave Wakeman) Frederick of Niagara Falls, NY; grandchildren Lily Frederick and Jack Wakeman; brother, Paul(Sandra) Dobbertean of Florida and step son, Gregory Pond of Texas.A Celebration of Cynthia's Life will take place on Thursday, July 9th from 6-8 PM at Zajac Funeral Home Inc., 319 24th Street, cor. of Welch Ave., Niagara Falls, NY. In Lieu of flowers donations in her memory may be made to Family & Children's Service of Niagara at www.niagarafamily.org.
