72, of 69 Seymour St., Tonawanda,
Friday (Dec. 24,1971) at
DeGraff Memorial Hospital
after a brief illness. A native of
Tonawanda, he was a 50-year
member of National Hose
Company, a member of
Tonawanda Exempt Volunteer
Firemen's Association and the
Eldredge Club.
He is survived by his wife
Marie (nee Bronschidle)
Fanger; a daughter, Mrs.
Francis (Shirley) Tamburlin;
two granddaughters, Pam and
Lynne Tamburlin; two
brothers, William Fanger and
Edward Fanger, all of Tonawanda.
Services were conducted at 11
a.m. today at John O. Roth
Funeral Home, Morgan and
William Streets, Tonawanda,
by the Rev. Karl H. A. Rest.
Burial in ElmlawnCemetery.

TAMBURLIN - Shirley A. (nee Fanger) Age 79 of the City of Tonawanda, Tuesday, July 12, 2016. Wife of Francis R. Tamburlin who died in 2006; mother of Pamela (Terry) Morris, Lynne Witkop and Brian Tamburlin; grandmother of Kelly Morris and Elysia Tamburlin; also survived by several nieces and nephews. Friends may call Thursday from 4-8 PM at the JOHN O. ROTH FUNERAL HOME, INC., 25 William St., (between Morgan and Broad Sts.) in Tonawanda, where funeral services will be conducted on Friday at 10:30 AM. Friends invited. Burial will be in Elmlawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Spina Bifida of WNY Inc., C/O 137 Warner Ave., Tonawanda, NY 14150. Shirley was a 1955 graduate of Tonawanda High School and a member of Twin Cities Lodge 860 BPOE and the Tonawanda Union Hook & Ladder Co. Auxiliary.
