    74, of the Dodgson Road, died
    Thursday (April 30, 1964) after
    suffering a heart attack at his
    home.
    Born in Darien Dec. 15, 1889,
    Mr. Buckman was the son of
    Fred and Augusta Wanneke
    Buckman. He had resided on
    the Dodgson Road 53 years
    and had been engaged in
    farming. He was a member of
    the Holy Name of Mary Church
    in East Pembroke and North
    Darien Grange 405. On Feb. 23
    1909, he married Theresa Sta-
    pell, who survives.
    Also surviving are three sons,
    Charles of Batavia, Harold of
    Stafford and Norman of Hone-
    oye Falls; a daughter, Mrs.
    Norene Ayraut of Alden; a
    brother, George of Corfu; three
    sisters, Mrs.. Augusta Hardie
    and Mrs. Ellen Seltz of Buf-
    falo and Mrs. Edna Schell of
    Michigan; four grandchildren,
    and a great-grandchild.

    Home in Corfu is completing
    service arrangements.

    Bethany Center, died Thursday
    night (Aug. 22, 1963) in Gene-
    see Memorial Hospital following
    a long illness.
    Mr. Buckman was born in
    Crittenden Sept. 26,, 1891. He
    had resided in the Batavia area
    for 30 years an retired three
    years ago after beingnight
    watchman for the Walls Bean
    & Grain Co. He was a member
    of the Bethany Center Fire
    Department.
    Surviving are his wiow, the
    former Dora Moltrup; a daugh-
    ter, Mrs.. Paul Moltrup of Mor-
    ganville; a foster daughter,, Mrs.
    David Hiscutt of East Bethany;
    two brothers, George of Corfu
    and Albert ofo North Alexander;
    four sisters, Mrs. Joseh Shell
    in Michigan, Mrs.. Augusta
    Harie and Mrs.. Ellen Feltz of
    Buffalo and Mrs. Ross Ander-
    sn of Corfu,, and three grand-
    children.
    The service will be at 2 p.m.
    Monday in the H. Leonard Mc-
    Andrew Funeral Home here.
    Burial will be in Evergreen Hill
    Cemetery, Corfu.

    died unexpectedly Sunday at his
    home.
    A memorial service will be at 2 p.m.
    Saturday, Nov. 8, in the Wolcott
    United Methodist Church.
    Memorial contributions may be
    made to the Wolcott United Methodist
    Church or to the Wolcott Area
    Volunteer Ambulance Corps.
    Born in Batavia, Mr. Buckman moved
    to Wolcott from Honeoye Falls in
    1974. He retired from the Lehigh
    Valley Railroad in 1973. He was a
    member of the Wolcott United
    Methodist Church and the
    Brotherhood of Railroad Signalmen of
    America.
    Surviving are his wife, Doris
    Wickens Buckman; a son, Ronald of
    Red Creek; a daughter, Mrs. Richard
    (Constance Benwitz) of Newark; a
    sister, Mrs. George (Norene) Ayrault
    of Alden; two brothers, Charles of
    Batavia and Harold of Stafford; four
    grandchildren; one niece and one
    nephew

    Hazel was an avid gardener and lover of all animals, especially dogs. Her white curls and deep laugh were known wherever she went. We’ll drink a cup of coffee for you today Hazel, a woman who loved without limits.
    Hazel is survived by her loving family: David (Melissa) Alexander, Daniel Alexander, Joseph (Sarah) Alexander, Randy (Kathleen) Alexander, Lisa (Patrick) Lederhouse; 6 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by a brother, Melvin (Pam) Falker and a sister-in-law, Bonnie Falker. Hazel is predeceased by her husband Roger Alexander; a brother, Raymond Falker and three sisters, Isabella Falker, Helen Rosenberg, and Irene Keller.
    Friends and relatives may call on Monday, October 28, 2019 from 2:00 – 4:00 PM and 7:00 – 9:00 PM at Ross Funeral Home of Akron, LLC, 10 Eckerson Avenue, Akron, NY 14001 where a Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 Am on Tuesday, October 29, 2019. Charitable donations may be made in Hazel’s name to the S.P.C.A.
