    John D. Hannon, age 69, of Ransomville beloved husband of Melody Walker Hannon entered into rest suddenly on Tuesday, December 17, 2019 at South Buffalo Mercy Hospital Buffalo, NY. John was born February 9, 1950 in Buffalo, NY. He is the son of the late John T. and the late Dorothy Hibbard Hannon. He is survived by his wife; Melody; loving father to Jennifer (John) Duxbury and his Stepson Christopher (Tracy) Kneeppel; sisters Colleen (Don) Strassburg and Kathy Robins. Also surviving are his granddaughter’s, Alexis Duxbury and Daisy Duxbury. John is predeceased by his sister, Maureen Koury, and brother, Dennis Hannon.NO PRIOR VISITATION. Services will be privately held with John’s family.

    Dennis Hannon, a longtime resident of Niagara Falls, died on Saturday, July 2, 2016 in Kenmore Mercy Hospital. He was 60. He was born in this city on March 2, 1956, the son of the late John and Dorothy (Hibbard) Hannon.
    Dennis was the owner/operator of Hannon Construction, Niagara Falls. He loved the outdoors, especially fishing. Woodworking, toothpick art and the 4th of July with the beautiful fireworks.
    He is survived by the love of his life, Lori Strzelczyk; children, Dennis, Tiana, Roxanne, Frank, Tiffany and Jason; his siblings, John (Mel) Hannon, Kathy (Harry) Robbins, Colleen (Don) Strassburg and the late Maureen Koury; twelve grandchildren who he loved immensely and several nieces and nephews.
    Friends may call Thursday from 7-9 PM in the LANE FUNERAL HOME, INC., 8622 Buffalo Avenue, Niagara Falls. The services and interment will be held privately. Memorials, if desired, may be made to the Niagara County SPCA.
